A:  I spray painted ours. It didn't work on the rubber strip part. It made it really sticky. and I had to remove that, but the spray paint worked well on the composite.

A:  No . It is vinyl and the paint may not stick . They do carry different colors.

A:  Yes, the garage door moulding can be painted.

A:  yes with 100% latex paint. But I wouldn't recommend painting the rubber part.
