Make sure to remove any loose or peeling paint prior to application. To ensure full adhesion on the bare wood, we recommend performing a splash test on the bare areas, if the water beads up, then the surface may need to weather more or a mil glaze remover needs to be used. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 3

It looked good but didn't dry very fast but weather was cooler.Also didn't like how it ran off & dripped.like it was to thin!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Zinsser Perma-White Mold & Mildew-Proof Exterior Paint should only be applied when air, material and surface temperatures are between 50-90°F. At 70-80°F the coating is dry to the touch in 30 minutes and can be recoated in 2 hours, allow more time at cooler temperatures. Be sure to thoroughly mix before use to ensure any settled pigment is re-dispersed before use, this will also provide the proper paint consistency.
