Rainfall 1-Spray Square 12 in. Shower System Shower Head with Handheld in Black (Valve Included)

This is a very well made product from its operation to the sleek look that it has in a flat black finish. It has a neat rainfall shower head with 144 individual sprayers and a separate sprayer wand for harder to reach places or just to help clean your shower stall. It also has a knob to divert water from the wand to the shower head built into the main valve. It nice to see there isn’t very much plastic used on this product where metal is needed most.

While the appearance of the shower system is beautiful, the quality is horrible. I’ve had it installed approximately 9 months and a seam on one side of the rainfall shower head suddenly burst open, now it’s a waterfall. I’m only hoping that the valve inside the wall will not be as poorly made. Very very disappointed in this product.

This is an excellent system! You don't need a big bath area to have it. The design is excellent and it was manufactured beautifully with extremely high precision. All machining was done with meticulous attention to detail, especially looking at the valve body and the shower head. The lines are clean and the overall design looks contemporary, with beautiful and timeless integration with the shower area. The overhead shower is wide and leaves the sense of a heavy tropical rain, and since the water flow is distributed over a wider area it leaves a sense of gentle flow as opposed to focused spray, while at the same time offering good water delivery to cover more of your body with less splatter. I particularly liked the shower valve body - the pressure balance valve chamber handles water pressure balance very fast and the water flow stays with even temperature no matter how many other water consumer points you concurrently have open and closing. The acrylic box is a nice touch and makes installation very easy, clean, strong and precise. The set comes with all that is needed for the install except wrenches and screwdriver. Installation overall is easy and the detailed instructions included in the box provide enough understandable detail on how to install, operate and clean. The biggest concern for me was that the mirror finish chromium plating is going to get water marks, but one swipe with a microfiber cloth takes care of it. It's a nice well designed system with very competitive price, made with very good precision and longevity and serviceability in mind.

The small silicon nozzles on both the 12 inch overhead rainfall shower and the hand held are made of silicon which makes them easy to clean and, when necessary, unclog by just rubbing them with our hands. We were surprised by just how effectively this works without the need for any small sharp tools. Overhead rainfall head extends a very nice 15 inches from the wall. The handheld is very convenient to use in that it both pivots vertically in it's bracket and detaches to fit comfortably in our hands. Control knob for on/off and temperature control works well and the separate control knob for using either the overhead rainfall or hand held is clearly labeled allowing switching to be quick and easy. Water flow is rated 1.8 gallons per minute with is comfortable. The ceramic disc adjustable mixing valve has a check valve to monitor hot and cold water pressure balance to help avoid scalding. Installation uses standard 1/2 inch fittings and is straightforward. For us this shower system was a good choice.

Your entire body gets the rain effect and my family and I absolutely love it. My kids love the shower so much that they stopped showering in the 2nd restroom and now only shower in the master bath. It looks great and looks like it would cost a lot more so excellent value. I will mention that since I have hard water (not the manufacturer's fault) I do have to lubricate the shower holes to keep the nozzle holes clear, but that only takes about 10 minutes a month and it is very easy to do.

To be fair, the 2 stars is because this set looks very nice. However, the shower head drips for about a minute after we turn it off. The 12x12 shower head broke down, only 8 months after installation. Home Depot couldn't replace it, so they gave me an 8x8 shower head, and the number to call the manufacture company. Nobody returns my calls.

For our bathroom remodel I wanted a more modern looking shower set nd decided on the Zalerock Rainfall 1-Spray Square 12 in. Shower System Shower Head with Handheld. The installation was a bit more involved than I had hoped for, but in all it wasn't too bad. The valve is included with this product, which is not always the case. I like the feel of the rainfall shower, it's so much more gentle than the old-fashioned showers.

I can sum up what I think of this shower set in 1 word: “WOW!” Or, I can tell you why I’m so impressed. I like quality and this set reeks of it. It feels like it is hand-crafted. The chrome finish is brilliant. I’m also into geometrics so the square head and elegant right angles makes it perfect for my taste. I am waiting for a plumber to show up since most of the major plumbing projects I outsource. I looks like everything that I need is included, right down to the plumber’s tape. I don’t know how important this will be until I install it but I read that you cannot have the water coming out of the showerhead and the handheld wand at the same time. Other than that, I’m quite pleased.

It looks like a very expensive unit and I'm very happy that I found it at such a great price. Looks very luxurious. Most importantly I love how broad the shower head is - it truly feels like a rainfall.

This is a really beautiful rainfall shower set. It's packed super well and comes with full instructions. It has a hand held shower as well as a 12 inch overhead shower. (The hand held shower I received is different that what is shown in the picture and I would have preferred the more modern, angular one as seen in the picture). The finish on the set is a flat, matte black and would work with any kind of bathroom decor. Other than the difference of the hand held shower head, I'd recommend this set
