Zep doesn't honor money back guarantee
Bought this months, it didn't work, emailed them for their supposed money back guarantee and these scoundrels never contacted me or sent it to me. I decided then to not buy anything from these guys anymore, however the other day it was determined that I required some Lye, Zep being the only brand at Home Depot the other day when I was there. They got me again, as it didn't work, which reminded me I got hosed by them before, hence this review. Avoision recommended!

Didn't work
This was purchased for a clog in my laundry room sink. It didn't work after following instructions and pouring in my sink. I have submitted a claim for my money back since they have a money back guarantee.

Bought this product specifically to clear drains with hair clogs. I used as directed 3 to 4 times with no effect and Ended up using the entire gallon on one sink, and it has not improved one bit. Finally I had to remove the spot and remove the hair clogs manually using drain snake/hand etc. Refer pictures. I would have never purchased this. I will not be purchasing again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Bought this product specifically to clear drains with hair clogs. I used as directed with no effect. Ended up using the entire gallon on one sink, and it has not improved one bit. I wish I had seen these reviews first, I would have never purchased this. I will not be purchasing again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I've had an issue with my bathroom sink clogging up in the last year. I went with another brand that cleared it up for about 6 months. This time around I went off the "dissolves hair fast GUARANTEED" and the fact I know it's hair that's clogging my pipes. I followed the directions accordingly and no change. I ended up having to use the whole bottle and the stagnant water went down about halfway. It's been 48 hrs and my sink is still clogged. I think this product is worthless. Make sure and check out the company website for this product first (or any for that matter) because it's ALL negative reviews with the same issues. I went and bought a competing brand and sure enough, it worked.
