Terrible costumer service.
One version of this fense requires 5/8 drill bit while the other version requires 33mm. Good luck finding a 33mm drill bit in American at your local hardware store. Don't even think about specialty bits for natural stone. Costumer service agent didn't have a clue as to what a 33mm drill bit was.
