      A:  he Tramontina Gourmet Prima 18/10 Stainless Steel 16.5 in. Roaster can hold a large turkey around 20 lbs. Since weight and size of turkeys may vary, please keep in mind the approximate dimensions of the roasting pan compared to the turkey you will be purchasing to make sure that the pan is wide and long enough to catch the drippings. Here are the approximate inside dimensions for your reference: 16.5" x 14" x 4"

            Amazing pan
            I bought this roasting pan a few years ago as a present to myself. Scrubbed it several time with dishwasher soap when I first got it. This roaster is amazing. I have used it several times for turkey, chicken and large lasagna’s and other casseroles. It still looks like new. I was so tired of the cheap aluminum pans that buy at the dollar store. Do yourself a favor and buy this pan.

                Purchased the roasting pan primarily for roasting turkey or beef...
                Purchased the roasting pan primarily for roasting turkey or beef rib rolls. Size is generous and I like the roasting racks that are included in the purchase. I also like the straight sides of the pan in case I would like to use it for lasagna in the futures. The bottom of the pan is not as substantial (thick) as I would have preferred, nonetheless, it did work on my stove top for de-glazing and making the gravy for my turkey.
