Q:Looking at image, I can't see how the forked foot attaches to the lug. Does the screw tap its threads into the unthreaded hole in the forked foot?? Then insert the 2 fork tips into the Neutral bar on the Load Center?

Q:Can this be used on a ground bar, to attach the incoming ground conductor to the panel?

    Answer This Question

A:  Yes. The Ground and Neutral lugs for both current QO and Homeline panels are the same. Also if this is the main panel the Ground and Neutral should “bonded” which makes the lugs essentially the same. This does not apply to sub panels but mechanically the lugs are still identical.

Q:I have a 200 amp homeline panel with the neutral lug stripped. All i am seeing for replacement are 100 amp replacements. that are for up to 1/0 wire. I have a 2/0 neutral wire. where can i get a replacement lug? It has an allan head screw not a screw driver. Thanks JIm

Q:I am adding a subpanel, and will need to bond the SER's #3 Cu neutral and #5 Cu ground to my Sq-D main 200A panel. Is this the lug for both? Or, do I need another for the ground bar (per code)? (Or is this NOT the lug for the conductors?) Should I use NOALOX on the lug (copper to aluminum, after all...)? Thank you!

Well designed for installing on both Homeline and QO load centers. Will also work for Ground lugs, not just Neutral. It takes 3 slots, so plan accordingly. A suggested improvement would be to use a square drive bolt rather than slotted to mount it to the panel. Another improvement would be the ability to change the orientation 90 degrees to allow better alignment with the heavy gauge wires. That said, it did it’s job as advertised.

              Works as it should
This lug worked just as it should. It was super easy to use, but one word of warning: Don't overtighten the flat head screw. The screw slot rounds out semi-easily.
