      • Inside Rubber Hose Problems
      • June 12, 2014

I installed this hose two years ago and just replaced it with traditional copper flex hose. Our city water has chlorine which will eat up the inside of the rubber hose. We had hundreds of small black pieces of rubber in our hot water lines and clogged up our faucet strainers. Our dishwasher is a mess! I cut the hose apart and it is filled with small pieces of black rubber. I would never buy a rubber hose for a hot water heater again.
