I Like It!
I purchased this to fit under my glass coffee table. The only thing I didn't like is it's not as white as I prefer, but it still works.

It's okay but...
Regarding the plushness: It is 1.5" high but it is not dense. A soft brush of the hand displays the dark base pad that the fibers are sewn into. Too bad they didn't use a light colored base, or more fibers all together. Because there is so much empty space between rows of fibers and the base shows through, it is not plush in my opinion. You will also need a carpet pad underneath because the rug alone is not comfortable on wood floor (+$100)
Regarding the feel/softness: On a scale of 1-10 where a 10 is silk or chinchilla, and a 1 is a crusty old towel, this rates a 6 in my opinion.
Regarding Value: $774 is overpriced considering you can get a custom cut area rug of much, much better quality and same size for under $1300. If you're in the market for something like this for less, it can be found.
