My Pushmatic Panel was completely full and I needed to add a electric hot water heater. By removing two small circuits I was able to use this 60 AMP breaker to power a sub-panel. (Load Center). By placing the new 30 AMP breaker in the sub panel and the two small circuits, this solved my problem without an electrician or a completely new service. (This also gave me room for some future smaller circuits for overhead lights and motion detectors.) I rated the value as a 3 because the cost of the breaker seemed high, but inexpensive compared to a new service.
