Cheap parts; broke when setting up.
The connectors on this thing are cheaply made. So much so they broke when we were installing it using only moderate pressure. Avoid.

Non-flexible hose
The Peerless 5-spray Patterns 1.75 GPM 5.4 in. Wall Mount Handheld shower head was not of good quality because the hose was very stiff/non-flexible.

Thank you for your feedback on the 76515CSN. I am sorry to hear that the unit is not what you expected. Due to packaging, the hose can stiffen up; however, by laying the hand shower down to the floor and turning the water on at the hottest setting for 1–2 minutes, then allowing a rapid cool down with the coldest water for 1–2 minutes will allow for the material to stretch.
