So far it’s ok, no perfect
So far it’s a decent grill. I got the SE phantom version. What I don’t like so far was assembly instructions weren’t the greatest and my other gripe is I ordered natural gas, paid extra and it still has propane tank cutout with complete hole out onto the patio. My previous grill did not have that. They should give you some cover that fits I. So you can use that area for storage.

Out of the Box
Just bought this yesterday from Ace in Orlando, FL. The box is very heavy. You will need help moving it around. It was packed very well. When opening the box be a little careful some of the boxes will fall out. Nothing that could break, you don’t want it to fall on your foot. I would say set aside 1-2 hours for building. The instructions that come with it are pictures and 95% are very easy to figure out. There was a few of the steps that I had to put my brain to work, but was able to figure it out. I was having issues with the folding side table, so I just secured it with provided screws. I did the burn off last night and can’t wait to cook on this beast.

Durable and good looking
I bought this cover a year and a half ago it still looks brand new. It covers the entire grill down to the wheels. I am so happy with this purchase and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality cover.

Love the Cover can't believe how durable it is.
Love this grille cover. I live in Florida and have my Grille covered on the back porch exposed to the wind. It's lived through two hurricanes so far with no signs of wearing out.

Best design for a grill cover
I generally have always found grill covers to be something of a joke. They seldom stay on, fit poorly and are difficult to take on an off. The straps to "keep them in place" shouldn't even be installed as they are generally velcro and degrade after a few months to the point of no longer working. This cover is amazing. Quick lock clips keep the straps in place and the easy lift tabs make removal a breeze. It is sized perfectly for my grill and looks stylish instead of an after-thought. It cleans easily and protects my grill. If you have a Napoleon grill you should get one of these to protect your investment.

AWESOME GRILL!
I've had the Prestige for about 2 months and it's absolutely the best GRILL I've ever owned. The side "SIZZLE ZONE" is great for searing steaks. Stainless steel grates are easy to clean. High quality product well worth the investment. Unheard of 15 year warranty!

Excellent Product & Excellent Warranty Service
We bought the Prestige 500 gas bbq in 2013 & just recently needed to replace the cast iron grills & manifold. Napoleon stood by their 10 yr. warranty & replaced all of these parts. This is only the 2nd bbq (1st one was Napoleon - propane) that we have purchased since we have been married - 29 yrs. ago. We would never purchase any other bbq brand other than Napoleon. We absolutely love them.

Very strong and non-fading
I have a PP665 and a ceramic grill that sit next to each other. The Napoleon cover looks like new, the other brand is 6 month old and looks 15 years old from fading and the fabric unravelling
