A: The floor has a load weight capacity of 5,040 pounds (35 pounds per square inch.) This shed was not designed or tested for the purpose of leaning heavy items against the shed walls. It is sturdy and can withstand quite a bit of weight but unfortunately we do not have the weight load capacity that you need. We do not recommend hanging anything substantially heavy from the walls or trusses. If you wish to store heavy items inside, the best option is to use free standing racks or shelves.

A: This shed is packaged in four boxes. Box one is 96” x 32” x 14.125” and weighs 305 pounds. Box two is 96” x 32” x 13.875” and weighs 305 pounds. Box three is 96” x 32” x 13.875” and weighs 263 pounds. Box four is 95.31” x 32” x 8.125” and weighs 152 pounds. They are on a pallet which weighs 60 pounds. It would depend on the size of your hatchback cargo area.

A: Thank you for asking. The door for this shed is 56 inches wide and 76 inches tall. If your Kia is less than that, and shorter than 20 feet, it should work just fine!

Made in the USA 8x20 Plastic Shed

I purchased the MADE IN USA 8x20 plastic shed at the beginning of Oct. of 2021. It arrived less than 3 weeks later. We gave the driver $20 to place it closer to where I was building it, that was the best $20 spent, it saved a lot of walking. Unpacking it went well. The only parts missing was the black inset tape for the door windows, I substituted clear silicone. It took me 19 hrs and 45 mins to completely assemble the shed on our pressure treated 1/2"plywood on 4/4's with 2/4's on16" centers foundation. This made an excellent solid base for the plastic shed's floor. Out of that time, 3 people helped me a total of 45 mins. The roof parts and the first corner is where their help was needed. It is very well designed. We just had some monsoon type rain come thru and the interior was dry. My only concern is the heat inside. The sunroof and dark brown roof panels create a lot of heat. It has been hot inside the shed and it isn't summer yet. I'm wondering if I'll need to install an attic vent fan to get rid of some of the heat. I did put an outlet in the wall and an overhead light with a light switch, so it wouldn't be hard to install a fan. This shed seems to be very well made and it is almost full of our plastic containers already. The roof snow supports will be tested this winter. I'll post an update, hopefully a successful one! If you had 2 people you could easily assemble this in a day. As of now, I highly recommend buying this shed. It looks very nice in our yard.

This shed is beautiful once completed. It does take a day to build and the institutions are a little confusing, but the YouTube videos help tremendously. It’s perfect to store our tools, army gear and lawn mower and tiller. I highly recommend this shed.

Couldn't be happier. Better than I expected it to be. Do make you're on a level surface or platform. I didn't have the extra to build a platform, so I put on my driveway. When completed, I has to put a little wedge towards the front to get my doors back aligned. Besides that, great product. Now the only issue I see, the back walls are a little flimsy with no real support. Going to add a couple of braces to help that.

Seems to be a good, solid shed once it is assembled but assembly was a nightmare. The video did help. Took 3 weekends to complete. Alignment was my biggest issue with the wall panels and center roof cap/sunlight panel. Two of the wall panels were a quarter of an inch taller than all the others. Now my biggest issue is that the roof screws want to work themselves out between gravity and heat expansion. I'm in the SoCal desert where it will get to 110 or more during the summer but I'm having this issue at 85 degrees. Putting the floor together was also a large issue. We could not get the panels to align for the lock-in-tab design. I ended up cutting the tabs off and screwing the floor panels to the plywood flooring that was built. My last complaint is that even though the components were spread across the 3 boxes so that they would all be the same size, it meant that I had to open every box and pull out every panel and component prior to starting. The instructions were in box 3. Overall though, once assembled it is a serious upgrade over my previous plastic shed. The solid doors and latch system are a big advantage. If I needed another one, I would probably pay for someone to assemble for me.
