A:  I don't know if there's an adhesive strong enough, especially in humid/steamy conditions. That said, it's not holding much more than a hand towel. I'd chat with HD or stop in to your local and ask them if they have an adhesive they could recommend.

A:  We are not contractors. That said the piece is quite substantial; and we could not imagine it being secured with an adhesive. We feel it needs the screw.

A:  Yes! Just turn the one on the right upside down. The tiny screw with the top is impossible to see. Love it that this is the only one I could find that I could reverse.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry. You are correct. You would need to remove the set screw from underneath wall mount and remove the metal housing inside. Then remove the screws inside and turn the mount upside down and reverse the steps. Please let us know if you would have any additional questions or concerns.
