Great beautiful seat!
Great color, easy to install and typical Kohler high quality. Only downside is that it doesn’t have the quiet close feature that I expected at this price level.

Doesn't fit quite right
Not good. Doesn't quite sit all the way down and pulls away from the quick release clasps. This is on a Kohler elongated toilet!

Hi Jammer, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am very sorry to hear your Lustra toilet seat pulls away from the Quick-Release clasps. To ensure the Quick Release does not engage when you are sitting on the seat, please be sure the hinge covers are "snapped" closed. If your hinge covers do not stay closed (they pop open), the toilet seat bolts may be too tight. When they are over-tightened, the black hinge mount inside the hinge does not lay flat, which can cause the quick-release to activate prematurely.
