Huntmoor 60-Watt 4-Light Old Satin Brass Pendant with Ebony Wood Metal and Etched White Diffuser Shade

Very nice "farmhouse rustic" light, that will fit a variety of installations. The light came packaged well to protect all of the components. While it is substantial it's not heavy. All of the pieces are of good quality and fit together as they should (still be careful not to cross thread the fittings). There are a variety of options for the length of the connections. The shortest option is the single thicker main bar and that will hang down approximately 18 inches plus the depth of the shade. In addition, there are 2 six-inch pipe extensions and two 12-inch pipe extensions that can accommodate a wide variety of applications. I was able to hang the light alone, however it would be easier if an extra set of hands was provided, particularly when attaching the shade frame to the cross bars. I found four 60-watt bulbs too bright for my space and temporarily removed 2 bulbs until I can get lower wattage. The diffuser panel works well to give a gentle tone to the light. I recommend this for anyone looking for a sort of rustic appeal.

I recently received the Huntmoor 60-Watt 4-Light Old Satin Brass Pendant Light. It was very well packaged and has detailed instructions. Looks to be very good quality. Installation was pretty smooth. I didn’t even need a ladder, just stood on the dining room table (don’t tell my wife). I had some trouble feeding the wires thru the “shade connecting tube” until I used a soda straw to guide the wires. I used a piece of clothes hanger to support the fixture while connecting the wires. I only needed to use one of the shorter extensions because it’s only an 8 foot ceiling. I think you could use all the extensions and get a 3 foot drop. Installing the shade is best done with 2 people, so my grand-daughter got to stand on the table too, while I installed the “connecting tubes” All in all this light made huge improvement to the dining room and should be much brighter after I go to HD for more light bulbs.

Was a little difficult to install because of the white disc that covers the bottom of the fixture, but overall it looks good in the kitchen. Also matches closely enough (I think) with the gold kitchen faucet and cabinet hardware, while the color of the "ebony" brings out the other colors in the kitchen. The white disc cover does somewhat mute the light (so not as bright as a previous fixture with no such covering). But a very nice looking piece!

I pretty like this ceiling light especially the style. The base is just a little bit bigger than the electric box so once you paint the ceiling and plan to replace with another light, you don’t need to worry about mismatch(showed in the pics and I’m going to paint it soon) in the future. It is easy to install by one guy and a ladder and I didn’t ask for any help. 4 led bulbs are extremely bright. If the necessary pipe could be shorter, it would be great for old houses. For newer houses with story height more than 9 ft, you might need the extension

This is a big bold light fixture. It uses four regular size light bulbs, incandescent, fluorescent or LED. The down rod has multiple pieces, so you can adjust it to the height you want. The perimeter looks like wood, but it's made of metal and has a wood finish. There's a glass diffuser to spread the light. There are four rods that attache the perimeter to the bulb section. Installation takes a few minutes. Please read the instructions - I didn't and wound up taking it apart to get the glass in. This is a bold light. It looks great and provides plenty of light. The fixture needs a large area due to it's size. It has a nice solid feel and should last a lifetime. If you're looking for a nice bold light, this is it! I highly recommend it.

I got the Home Decorators Collection Huntmoor 3-Light Old Satin Brass Hanging Standard Pendant Light, and we really like it! It is elegant and, at the same time, adds a touch of ruggedness with class. We put it over the table we play games on. Don't get me wrong; it is nice enough to put over a dining room table. We currently have three 60w bulbs in it; we will probably go with 75w. First off, the brass finish is awesome. Not too shiny, just right on the color. The construction is solid; you can tell they didn't cheap out on materials. It feels sturdy and well-made. The light housing is made of what appears to be heavy-duty tin. It has a tan coating with streaks of darker brown. It comes with frosted glass, preventing you from seeing the lightbulbs and helps reflect the light more evenly around the table. Light is directed mostly upward and downward. Installing this pendant light was easy, but you need to pay attention to how you are running the wiring through the shaft. The base of the light has a small piece of plastic that helps protect the wiring; make sure you put it back in place if it comes out while pushing the wire through. The shaft is adjustable so that you can hang it at the perfect height for your ceiling. You adjust it by adding or subtracting rods. The only complicated part was adding the three rods through the holes in the light housing and attaching them to the base of the light socket. It would help to leave all three loose until you get them in place. You may need to put the housing on its side and push just slightly against the tin so that you can screw the brass shafts all the way into the base that holds the lights. The instructions were clear, and I had it up in no time. You are working with electricity. Make sure you turn off the breaker to the switch before you start. If you are not comfortable working with electricity, please get someone that is or hire a professional. Overall, the Home Decorators Collection Huntmoor pendant light is a fantastic addition to my home. If you want to upgrade your lighting without breaking the bank, this pendant light is the way to go. Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

I got this so I can drop it down from our ceiling fan. It appears to be well built. It comes with enough extra adapters to to get close to 4 feet of drop. It has three light sockets so it will put out a lot of light. It is rated for LED bulbs to get maximum output of light. I would have given it 5 stars but the light came without the shade and looks real tacky without it and I didn’t find a phone number or any other means to get one. You do have to put it together, which isn’t a big deal. You do have to feed the wire through one extension at a time and the smaller ones the wire has to be perfectly put together with out any overlapping, but if you take your time, it goes together just fine. I’ll just have to make a shade for it.

Great sized light that could easily blend with multiple decor styles such as midcentury modern or rustic. The down rod has multiple size options for a variety of lengths so you can have it close to the ceiling or very low over a pool table or dinette. The glass is obscured, which diffuses the light so you're not blinded by the bulbs. The light takes 4 bulbs which are not included. The light looks great. The instructions could be better, but overall very happy with it.

The Home Decorators Collection Huntmoor light uses 4 regular base light bulbs. The light is mate black finish. While the light is attractive and should give out considerable light I do not like the fact that holes do not align properly. The threaded holes where the shade rods screw in interfere with the light bulb base. While it can be corrected it requires taking the light bulb base apart, loosening the retaining nuts and properly adjusting it where there is not interference. This should have been done be the manufacturer. This is why I gave it a two star rating.

Shipping & Packaging: Nothing negative to say about packaging. Everything came packed well and well protected.   Assembly: Assembly was simple. The package came with everything I needed (ceiling mount bracket, screws, etc) to complete the installation so there was no need to run down to the hardware store for anything.   Product Quality: The product quality passes my standard. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the top of the light fixture is fully open leaving lots of room for dust to gather and build up. However, the main light fixture is easy to detach (4 hand screws and it’s off) making it easy to take down and clean when needed.
