Fountain is beautiful and works like a dream. The three urns share the same large reservoir which allows for fewer refills to compensate for evaporation. This fountain is loud - I mean really loud. Noise is created not only from the pour spouts, but also from the water pouring into the reservoir inside the fountain. (echo, echo, echo) I found an easy solution for this problem and love, love, love the resulting sound this fountain creates. Sound solution: When you unpack the fountain 1.) take some of the foam packing material and break off large chunks 2.) place the foam chunks in a quart sized ziplock bag (or 2) 3.) put the foam filled bag(s) inside the fountain through the hole in the back The above steps work perfectly with no concern about burning out the motor as the foam floats on top of the water never interfering with the motor itself. It provides a nice buffer for the water to hit inside the fountain vs allowing the water to fall all the way to the inside water level and it reduces the sound significantly. Our fountain is close to our sitting area, so for conversation purposes I wanted to reduce the sound a bit more than what the foam offered. Additional Solution: I added some glass spheres (one large and one medium) to sit in the second and third pour levels. The spheres allowed the water to cascade around the balls instead of drop directly in the water pools. Not only did this produce the exact sound that I wanted out of a fountain, but it also is visually pleasing. Summary: With very little adjustment, this fountain is fantastic. It is sturdy, visually appealing, and a great outdoor patio addition.

Pros Durable, Easy to Clean, Easy to Install, Functionality, Stylish, Great Quality Cons loud but can be corrected
