Who knew a bidet could be so much fun! Received the Horow Bidet/electronic toilet seat from Home Depot and was excited to give it a try. I took on the mission by myself (66 year old female), without waiting for my husband to help. My biggest challenge was how to actually attach the catch plate to the actual toilet bowl. I decided to take my time and watch the video. I did not realize by the directions that the inflated tube needed to be pushed down through the holes!!! After I realized that, everything was a breeze. The whole seat simply just slides in place. I was proud of myself for figuring this out! The light in th dark is very pretty blue and the warming feature feels amazing. Please note, you will need an electrical outlet close by. I choose to install the electronic toilet seat in our guest half bath so anyone in the house can enjoy it. Looks very nice and not too awkward. It can also work as just a regular toilet so an outside guests do not have to use it as a bidet. But I have a feeling they will be intrigued and want to give it a try. There are so many features, even a fan. And all features can be adjusted as far a the temp control. So happy and excited and must say this is a very good product to upgrade a bath.

Product has all the bells and whistles expected in a seat replacement bidet. All materials needed were shipped with the product (assuming you already have 120v outlet nearby). Bidet was easy to install and was completely user ready in less than an hour. Other than water pressure being less than desired (but adequate for the purpose) all the functions worked as expected. The UV sanitizing feature is a novel addition that I have not seen in any other product.

The controls aren't as intuitive as I'd hoped. The interface is confusing and doesn't always respond well to inputs. I've had to press the buttons a few times to get them to work, which is frustrating.

I ordered the bidet seat and arrived when the site said it was to be delivered. Cut in the new electrical plug behind to watercloset and was ready to install the seat. We got the parts all spread out found we were missing the mounting plate. I contacted home depot and they gave me the contact number and email for the MFG. The contact person at Horow was easy to talk with and professional. I sent her all the documents she requested, within a couple days, I had my missing part. Great Job!!
