My drain interface ring is half inch above floor surface, and the toilet bowl bottom does not have enough clearance, I had to pad in a 3/8" layer of plastic board to raise the bowl to make space for the wax ring! Please improve your product by providing higher clearance at the bottom! Thank you.

Push flush fails 16 months
Toilet assembles easily and mounts flush to the floor. In 16 months of light use the plastic push button controls on both toilets failed: chrome on plastic is flaking off and buttons stick halfway down.

Not a comfort height
This is not a comfort height toilet. Comfort height is 17 inches and over. What is the point in having filters if they're wrong? I want a customer to choose her toilet from the site since her mobility is limited but without the ability to filter for comfort height then it becomes even more onerous of a selection process.

Hello Valued Customer, The bowl (ceramic only) is around 16.5" tall. With the supplied seat installed the height will be about 17.5". The toilet is designed to be compliant with the ADA standard of bowl height between 17" - 19" with seat installed. Kohler ALL THE WAY!!!
Love Kohler 2pc toilets, easiest install and.uses way less water due to their eco standards. Better for my water bill.

Cracked!
In less than a year the porcelain tank cracked and started leaking sand damaging my laminate wood floor.
Avoid this!!!!

Color is off-white and not same as pictured!
I purchased a Glacier Bay sink and pedestal in white. I also purchased this GB toilet in white. When placed side by side, the colors were off. Toilet is more off white in color. When I went back to Home Depot, all of the GB toilets were this off white color but box clearly says white. DID NOT MATCH THE SINK even though it was the Glacier Bay brand. I stayed with the same brand when replacing sink/toilet in bathrooms. This was a major disappointment!

Picture of toilet does not match product
The picture on the web page shows a short, elongated base but it comes with a long-elongated base. Which should be no problem unless the water line was put in to match a short, elongated base. Had to have a plumber move the water line and installed the toilet. Other than that, this seems like a good toilet. Included is an actual picture of the toilet.
