Inconsisentent performance
The faucet looks great and worked fine for the first year. After changing the batteries, it has become possessed. It turns on by itself or shuts off abruptly when you need the water running. I contacted Delta and the customer service rep was helpful. The faucet then worked fine for about three weeks. Then it went back to its erratic behavior. I tried changing batteries, resetting, leaving unplugged for two days, changing the batteries again...nothing seems to work.

Best Looking Faucet I've Seen
My wife has wanted a bronze faucet for a while now. I personally prefer stainless but I must say Delta has done an excellent job with this one. This faucet is Venetian Bronze but the edges of the spray head and handle have a subtle cooper color. It looks amazing with the cooper accents in the glass tile of our back splash. Aside from how great it looks, this faucet is solid and well made. I was a little surprised to see plastic supply lines rather than cooper but that's not really an issue. We have a composite granite sink but it is top mount so I have to order the 3 hole escutcheon plate. It's an added expense but worth even penny.

Terrific Upgrade for my kitchen
This faucet looks great, and because it has a flexible hose it makes tasks like filling the coffee maker much easier and neater. The touch on/off technology is great when working with messy hands, and I think well worth the additional cost.

Worst purchase EVER!!
This is the most miserable piece of crap I've ever had to endure. And now I come to find out it's been discontinued. I can see why...IT SUCKS!

Terrible Faucet

The final straw, though, is that the faucet didn't turn on at all even with new batteries. I replaced the unit under the sink, still doesn't work properly but at least it turns on manually. I've replaced the cartridge 6 times. Last time March 2022 and it needs another replacement. No kids and not hard on the lever. Would not recommend.

I bought this faucet a little less than 2 years...
I bought this faucet a little less than 2 years ago and I am beginning to have problems. The water comes on without touching or turning the faucet on. The flow of the water changes to multi-stream, without engaging this option. Also, the faucet turns on and off when the handle is extended even when you don't engage the touch feature. I have replaced the batteries, and this is not the problem. The faucet worked flawlessly for the first year and six months before I noticed these problems. It's a beautiful faucet and I love the way it functions when it's operating properly.

Disappointing and Not trustworthy
This product is so expensive the and the features it says it can do is awesome but really disappointing in reality. The touch and light is not working consistently and efficiently even we changed it with new batteries. There’s rust build up in between the spout and neck and even the long chrome cord have rust all the time even after cleaning it up. It’s a waste of money.

Hands free feature overrated.
I was very excited about this kitchen faucet when it was first installed. I loved the hands free feature. It worked beautifully for about a year. Then, I found we were changing the batteries about every month like clock work. (Yes, I kept track.). Now that we have disconnected that feature, I love my faucet again. With the paddle handle, it is just as easy to use a wrist to turn it on and off if my hands are dirty and I don't get frustrated when preparing dinner or in the middle of clean up when it stops working because the batteries fail. Get the faucet but without the "hands free" feature.

Beautiful faucet. The installation was pretty straight forward and the instructions weren’t difficult to follow. The touch control works flawlessly and the head pulls out smoothly and locks in place firmly when returned. The water flows almost straight down so there is no splashing over the front of the sink. The most difficult part of the installation was due to the stiffness of the hot and cold water lines In my case the connections where over half way up the cabinet under the sink which made it hard to align the threads. You may have to make a loop in the lines to get them to align. It has the look and feel of a quality product.
