Pro Concrete Repair Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We received this product and found it difficult to apply. The product is great but the application process could be simplified. It may have been the cold temperatures that lead to the product not being easy to apply. This isn’t a product we would use again or recommend. For reference we applied this product in an unheated garage around the beginning of April.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product for review and was finally able today to apply it. Tha application was simple and went according to the instructions. The prep work is messy since it involves grinding concrete but necessary. Keep the shop vac handy. I’m hopeful that it will stop the water infiltration but will have to wait and see. The prep and application were today. Tomorrow we’ll see if the patch is cured and blocking the leak.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve only used this product recently so I honestly don’t know what the long term effects will be but it’s a great product to work with. Instructions are well laid out too. The version I used was a two step product with a cloth fibre that when pasted over works a lot like how you would mud over mesh/paper upon drywall. The only factor here is you cannot sand once dried so smooth out the compound as evenly as possible before it dries. I’ve used a similar product in the past which uses mini rebar’s and an epoxy cement mix, the problem with that one was having to grind out pockets for the rebar. So this product I’m favouring for now.

Bought this product to repair a crack in my foundation. Followed all steps and temp was in range but did not work out as expected. Not enough epoxy was supplied for the amount of carbon fibre that was supplied. I was also not able to get the carbon fibre to stick to the concrete probably due to not enough epoxy. I would not purchase this again since the first time I was not able to make it work the first time.

Looking forward to the easy use system of the caulking tub format. Cracks can be such a pain, but with the fine tip I will be able to penetrate deep making a real connection and hopefully getting rid of the cracks for good. I did receive this product as a sample!

I used Dricore Concrete Repair to fix or repair several big cracks on my concrete slab in my garage, I followed the application instructions and it really bonds the concrete together, only due to the different color you can tell it has been repaired but it looks flush and easy to work with, not a big mess for cleaning and it worked as what is intended to do. Great product.

Received this as a free trial offer and I took the opportunity as I did already have a small foundation Crack but thankfully it was only in my furnace room which made it easy accessible to repair. This product was very easy to work with and after reading the instructions, it was a quick repair job and extremely versatile. I've waited a week after a couple of heavy rains and the job worked very well without any further leaks in my foundation.

It was easy to use and i had more then enough to get the job done. Make sure the epoxy is kept warm for easier application. I was able to find a YouTube video that gave me a great visual on how to apply. The finished product looks very solid and i am confident it will hold up with time.
