This chair is absolutely perfect. The fabric and wood coloring is beautiful! The chair is very comfortable, but what I love most about the chair is the padding on the front of the arms to prevent it from damaging your desk when you pull in your chair.

Wife didn’t like the color so we returned this chair...
Wife didn’t like the color so we returned this chair and ordered the off-white color from somewhere else. Ended up with the same chair but different color. Anyways, so far so good: comfortable and the adjustments are within the range I need, lumbar support is good as well. Seems like a good chair.

Squeaky machine
Though attractive and moderately comfortable for a tall, average-weight male, I must add to the low score due to the poor construction. The wooden legs (attractive and real) are a facade over metal, spoke-like legs. The wood is secured by "fit" against the center metal post and metal legs only by small, metal tabs. With each movement, the squeaks can be heard over conference calls growing worse over the six days of use. Fortunately, my local Home Depot took the return - beware.

This office chair is very uncomfortable. When you sit in it you can feel the hard wood under your thighs at the front of the chair. There is not enough stable cushioning. It also rolls very awkwardly. The only good thing I can say is it looks nice.

Beautiful and seems like it will be sturdy. Was a bit dissapointed that the wheels dented our hard wood floors. Once we got a thick carpet underneath we have not had issues.

The chair is beautiful, which is why I bought it....
The chair is beautiful, which is why I bought it. The craftsmanship is so so. There's a few places where the material isn't sewn down tight and a staple came out of the fabric during assembly. The back is very uncomfortable, and I have to keep a pillow on the chair for some lumbar support, which takes away from the beauty of the chair. I'm glad I got it, but I'm not positive how long it will last, and I wish it was more comfortable.
