The look of this awning is beautiful. Love the end result. Not disappointed.

I bought this in 2018 and it started to rust in the first year. It is three years old in the picture. I was hoping this would last longer than a few years.

I purchased the 3ft awning for over my door. It is a beautiful product BUT the instructions are terrible! If your not handy, you’ll hit some roadblocks. First off, the instruction booklet was written in the tiniest print possible, and the directions were incorrect at different points. The YouTube video they recommended was helpful but also confusing at times because they weren’t clear on orientation of the products’ position on the table. The instructions and the video contradicted each other as to the order of the panels. Some of the predrilled screw holes weren’t large enough for the screws provided so I had to ream some larger holes. The mounting hardware was not provided but I found what worked for my project at Home Depot(4” screws). When I finally put it together correctly, I was very pleased by the appearance. I had help mounting it to my house and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another or recommend as long as you can figure out the obstacles with the assembly.

Love the look these gave my windows. Only problem I had is Home Depot will not install these. I'm a single mom and do most of my own home improvements. Definitely need two people with a 3rd making it the easiest! I still have to finish painting my upper windows but wanted to include a picture. It was hard to figure out how it was going to look on a real window by the manufacturers pics.

Review part 2 ......I completed the assembly (Yay). I did have to flip 2 pieces on the frame work because the holes where not facing correctly ( better directions would help this). I only had to drill 1 hole to install the top pans. Because this is a 5' awning and the directions are for a 3' awning you have to do some improvising. There is a center support provided that is NOT shown in the photo of the awning on the web site. This center support would make a big difference in how low over a door way the awning can be placed. I decided not to use the center support and keep the awning low to protect the door ( No storm door). My other complaint would be that the lower mounting brackets would be adjustable in height so that it could work brick joint all the time. All that being said it's seems like it's heavy duty and looks good up. I will go back and paint all the shiny screws bronze.

It is a very heavy awning which is good. The only problems was that quite a bit of the holes were off, and thankfully i assembled it on the ground first and found this out.
