I bought this to use during the next 'snow-mageddon' since my current snow shovel is about to bite the bullet. I have used this to scoop up raked leaves, wet and dry, to shift a little dirt and I even used the scoop as a slide to help move a few heavy pots. So far so good. My old snow shovel has a hard plastic scoop and snow does not stick to it, which is great. I understand with a metal scoop I will need to spray it with some oil or put some Vaseline or Crisco on it to keep the snow from sticking which is not a problem. Time will tell. Overall it looks like it will do the trick. It is pretty light ( not too heavy) and quite sturdy.

      Pros good size and weight
