This 110v/3KW version is pretty anemic in its water heating capability. Don't expect to get buckets of steaming hot water. At VERY LOW flow rate (just at the threshold where the heater comes on) the water is hot but not too hot to hold your hand under. At flow more like what most folks would consider "normal", as for washing your hands, the water is only warm; no need to mix in any cold water. If you're looking for more/hotter water, go with one of the 220v versions.

Pros Easy to Install, Good Instructions, No Leaks Cons warm not hot water
