I came in to purchase a cedar wood planter and I didn't know where they would be held so Jas'myn started me in the right direction for help and Markayla finished it up. They were great in their willingness to help and they did it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

Honestly, I was not expecting the experience I received. I spend north of 45k a year with work I do a year at Homedepot nearly exclusively on occasion ill go were there is material but. This trip specifically I was not let down in the slightest. Not only did they asist me. But twice. And did not let me down! I wo t get into the specifics but basically these two are on there a game and they know what they are doing.. I like Trevons personality and diana is awesome!!! with a little time and patience you will get to where your going... nothing goes unnoticed keep up the hard work. As a customer know it can be mentally straining seeing ehat you deal with. And I appreciate all your efforts!!!

This HD always has what we are looking for and more.

The Zachary store is one of the top HD stores in the area. It is always clean, well organized and it employees are always friendly and helpful.

I live in baker I only visit this location because of everyone being friendly especially Mrs.Linda

Went in to get keys made. Staff was very helpful in directing me to key station and helping me through checkout.

My Husband and I went into buy a turkey fryer since ours had seen better days. The second we walked into the store we were greeted by smiles and friendly people who were able to help us. A lovely gal there showed us where our turkey fryer was, on the very top shelf. Before we even began to het it, which 2 other employees said they would help with, she brought one around the corner to us! People assisted us and were so knowledgeable and courteous. It was just an unbelievably wonderful experience. The gal at the checkout counter could not be kinder. Getting our propane tank swapped out was a breeze. So awesome, I can’t wait to go back! Thanks, Home Depot.

Trevon at the service desk and Miss Carmel at Plumbing gave me outstanding customer service. Employees with good service like this make you only want to come to this location for all of your needs. They both took me to the location I needed to find each item and made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. I am so grateful y'all hired employees like this. The kindness and care brighten my day.

I purchased a Echo SRM 225 Weed Eater. I had to request assistance from an associate not once, not twice, not three times but four(4) times. On the fourth time I asked for a manager and an associate magically appeared to help me. Needless to say, the manager never showed up. Great product very poor service. Covid is not an excuse anymore!

Honestly, everything was really wonderful, from the time of stepping into the clean parking lot, to walking through the garden section, to inside the store! There's a huge stock selection and employees that are very helpful. We walked out with a brand new patio bench for mother's day :)

Store used to be dirty and disorganized, seems they are getting things cleaned up. Not a lot of people on hand to help, but most of the ones that were there were helpful

Clerk got down hand sander I needed. Cut keys for me on self key machine. I so appreciated his kindness and he never made me feel badly for asking for help. Very friendly!

I made a purchase from your Max Home contractor today to install new bathroom for both bathrooms in my house.

This visit was awesome. As usual the HD associates are always helpful & very familiar with store layout for giving directions. Today I say an ol associate friend who had been out sick. He's back to work and as amicable as always. And the new store manager introduced himself out the blue and encouraged me to submit application for community grant. This stores employees are top notch and their customer service is commendable at all levels. They take the time to listen & help associateas much as is in their purview. Kudos HD TEAM ZACHARY

I bought 3/4 inch sheets of plywood at this store today. I was pulling the sheets off the bay when a cashier noticed me and without asking her summoned two other employees to help me. They showed up almost instantly and just about did all of the loading themselves. Their names were Tereza and Keneisha (sp). Thanks ladies. The cashier asked if I needed the plywood cut and paged Nick to the cut station. Nick did a great job of cutting the plywood to my specifications and did some additional maneuvering of the plywood at my request. I noticed that there was very little tear-out at the cut lines. I checked out the blade on the panel saw and it appeared to be an 80 tooth crosscut blade. Whoever maintains the cut station seems to know what they are doing. Thanks to whoever it is. Again, customer service at this store is excellent.

Don Fountain in the millwork department assisted me with cedar and deck sealer and then kindly loaded my purchase in my vehicle.

The Zachary Home Depot is an excellent store to shop, the store is stock with the things that I need for my home project. There is always a knowledgeable sales associate walking the aisles every time I have need help.

The Zachary Home Depot always has what I need. I use the app to see what aisle and bay the item is on and I go right to it. I seldom need customer service for anything, unless it is wood stacked at the top or something that I just cannot seem to find. However, this is my go to store for all things wood work, carpentry, or anything other DIY projects.
