Terrence Dabasah- Store 0916- Woodbridge, NJ Donation of area rug to local high school's Life Skills program. Not only was he a top notch professional but, also a caring individual of the Special needs community.

Every time you walk into Woodbridge- Home Depot there is always someone who is friendly and offers great customer service.

Ms. Jennifer Hoffmann donated generously towards materials for my son's Eagle project to build The Home Depot Foundation Bench for the American Legion in Metuchen, NJ. She was very helpful and friendly. Giovanni and Andrew helped us through checkout. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Their expertise and professionalism made the visit a success. We would definitely go there again and let others know it's a great store.

I had the best shopping experience with Faith. She was so kind smart and caring. She jumped in to help me and from start to finish She was amazing.

I asked for help to get a can of spray paint that was out of reach. The guy working the paint department kept jerking me around, he obviously did not want to help. I ended up pushing the ladder and climbing up to get the can of spray paint myself. If I would have fallen, I would have sued Home Depot too. Some of their associates are truly useless.

Very thankful for the great customer service! The salesperson was knowledgeable about the products and helped me to get exactly what I needed.

Guy named Anzori in wiring/electrical in the Woodbridge NJ RT 9 store is absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable beyond belief. Highly recommend you seek him out for any questions if you’re a diY person. I was able to fix my ceiling fan switch in 15 minutes thanks to his help.

Hyron, Tara, Frank and Giovanni helped make a stressful situation smooth as can be. Can't be thankful enough I choose to walk in that Home Depot

So if you're older person who has trouble hearing or being heard, please watch out for mouthy personnel that assume you have an attitude when you speak up that you need a minute to connect to their wifi to get you're virtual receipt. not sure if it's an east coast thing to be so confrontational with paying customers but on the west coast personnel understand and organize their store better so that you don't have to be even considered in line while you connect to their wifi or find your receipt etc.

DeLenna was not only good at locating what I was looking for she was very nice to talk to as I checked out I would definitely be shopping here again.

Woodbridge home depot staff is the best by far even new cashier Delenna seemed very accommodating.

I come to this Home Depot in Woodbridge almost every day. Yesterday me, my husband and my daughter were at the paint department getting paint as usual. When Dave wasn’t so friendly. Dave was very aggravated with us at the counter. I understand our order is difficult at times but we try to make it as easy as possible. We have a 7 floor building we do work on. When it came to putting the 5 gallon bucket in my cart. He put it on the counter and just walked away. When I asked for a 5 gallon stick he told me that there was none meanwhile I saw a full box underneath the counter. As a loyal customer I don’t expect to be treated this way. There was also a very nice gentleman that helped us in the store. I can’t recall one of their names. The other one was Mo. very helpful to my needs. They both went above and beyond to help me & my husband find everything we needed to get things for our building.

I go to the Woodbridge Home Depot about 100 times a year, I always get greeted wonderfuly, find what I need, get help finding it if needed, get instructions on how to use whatever I buy, the Paint department people are awesome, everyone from the employees on every isle, to check out, all employees are great!!!!

I was so pleased how much attention my cashier DeLenna paid to details. She was very helpful she notice that one of my boxes was open so she checked to see if anything was missing and sure enough there were a few pieces missing so she held the line while I ran and retrieved another box. Unopened if course.

The store might be relatively smaller than other in the area. But one thing that I appreciate is the personalized attention I get everytime I am there looking for things for the home project.

Who knew lightbulbs would be so hard to find with the new wattage and specs. Not at this HD. Michael in that department was super helpful.
