Every one in the store went over and beyond to help me with what I needed especially the appliance department

My experience at Home Depot was a great experience thanks to the associates that will help customers and know about their products. The Behr paint they recommended did a great job.

I have shipped this store for a while and have never had a bad experience.

The staff at this Home Depot are awesome Mark remembered me and it made me feel good that he was on top of the window I wanted to replace

How can corporate office allow the poor level of customer service at this Home Depot to continue? For the past several months, it appears there is less attention to providing an acceptable level of service for their customers. Get with the program! If you expect your customers to do the work your employees are task with, is Home Depot going to discount our purchases to compensate us? It seems only fair

Love going to my friendly homedepot.

Went to the Home Depot today to get several bigger items. The staff was so friendly and eager to help, I couldn't have had a better experience. It was close to closing time by the time we were checking out and I was having trouble getting signed into my account to access a military discount (thank you home depot) and the staff was so helpful to make sure I received the discount when I was ready to get out of their way basically. Most places act bothered when you hold up progress, especially at closing time, but not Home Depot. They were determined to give me that discount before I paid. Always a great experience at their store, I wish all retail was so great.

don't ask for help, at least not from an associate. they are rude and act like your being an inconvenience.

Paint associate was rude and unhelpful

We woke up yesterday to a collapsed closet. Not having much experience we came to this location to purchase new hardware. Chris and David went above and beyond making sure we had all the materials we needed. They even helped us trim our closetmaid shelves to the correct link. We can’t thank you enough!

Good Price on flooring

Once I arrived, the cashier AAD1O25 was extremely helpful and called for the garden associate quickly to assist with my purchase of a lawnmower. She informed me that she experienced specific complications during a lawnmower sale and ensured the associated with preventing that from happening during my purchase. I appreciate her for being proactive and providing the sale went smoothly. She was extremely friendly and personable. She and the garden associate truly made my experience awesome!!

David in garden went above and beyond helping me today. Unfortunately, my cashier, Consuela was less than professional as I had to interrupt her twice from her cell phone to get checked out.

I love your stores, but checking yourself out at time can be a bit of a problem. Sometimes there is just not enough help up front to assist all the Customers.
