STEVEN GERST REALLY KNOWS HIS DEPARTMENT AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IT DID NOT TAKE VERY LONG TO FIND WHAT WE WANT AND TO CHECK WITH HIM.

Staff is rude, they don't know how to price match, manager refused to come out in a timely fashion and assist.

Had the best experience at Home Depot yesterday in the customer service. Had a sales associate go above and beyond to help us locate what we were looking for

I am very happy with the service I received from Heinz. He helped me with choosing the best blind treatment options for my home. I felt like he was very professional and patient. Aisles are frequently obstructed with merchandise displays making it difficult to get around the store. And when you're ready to check out you'll find most of the self service checkouts are closed so you'll have to wait longer than you should.

Full service guys. Stopped with their forklift project, helped me find materials, load onto cart, waited for me to pay, and loaded my truck......all with the best, friendliest attitude!

Employees are informative and the shelves are always stocked.

Whenever I need to go to Home Depot. The Windsor store consistantly gives helpful service. Especially the cashier, Jacob! He is always friendly, cheerful and ready to help with customer needs. Thank you Jacob!

we had a special order tube to be picked up, before we are out the door to get the truck here comes the tube ready to load. Great help in loading. Left my cell in the cart, found Hugo who helped with the tube and located the tube after he had clocked out for the day. Great Customer Service

If you insist on people checking themselves out then offer a discount. Otherwise open some check stands.

WE HAD MANY ITEMS TO PURCHASE AND IT WAS A PRO DESK JOB. LUCKILY, I CALLED AHEAD AND SPOKE TO NORMA MEZA. WE HAD TO GO WAY DOWN TO WINDSOR SINCE THE UKIAH STORE WOULD NOT HELP US!! SHE EVEN STAYED LATE BECAUSE SHE HAS INTEGRITY AND KNOWLEDGE AND IT WAS NOT SOMETHING SHE COULD JUST PUT OFF ON ANYONE AS IT WAS A COMPLEX ORDER. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER AND WE EVEN WERE OFFERED WATER BY ANOTHER PRO PERSON BECAUSE IT WAS HOURS LONG IN FIGURING OUT SUBSTITUTES, ETC. NORMA WAS PLEASANT WHEN IT WAS DIFFICULT, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGE PLUS! WE LOVE NORMA MEZA, SHE SHOULD BE TEACHING OTHER HD EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10 STARS TO NORMA MEZA AT THE PRO DESK!! SHE NEEDS TO BE IN CORPORATE AT THE VERY LEAST!

I went in to Home Depot for a generator rental to cover a project from a scheduled PG&E outage. When I got there the rental space was closed. Three employees -- Yovanna, Alex, and Durrell -- totally came through and saved the day. They are Superstars! Thank you!

This store has an incredible staff that always make me feel welcome. I am not the handiest person and they are always willing to take their time to help you through a new project or help you if you make a major ordering error like I did. Just amazing service all around! Trinidad and Tom are the best!

Mike is awesome, this store had a temporary inventory problem that was a inconvenience for me. Later on once that item became available Mike made it up to me with a discount. Very appreciative. Thank you!

The employees at the Windsor store give excellent service. They go beyond the call of duty to help you. It's always a positive and cheerful experience for me at the Windsor Home Depot. These are times of big box stores and confusing, self service. But you don't get that feeling at this store. I'm not a contractor, so I always have questions about my home projects. I appreciate their friendly advice and customer support.

Store has gone downhill dramatically in the past few years. The new manager, Cassandra, seems to have a handle on fixing most of the issues but it will obviously take some time. The delivery system sucks as the store does not seem to know what is going on with the third party deliverers and does not communicate with the customers when a problem arises. As a former Home Depot employee and Department Supervisor at this store I remember better times and better service.
