Management is horrible

After going to the porter Home Depor this store is amazing.

The workers are way over worked and the management staff always seems to be hiding in their offices or cars. Whoever writes the schedules either has absolutely no idea on what they are doing or they do not care to have workers there to help customers.

i was very happy with the last time I was there and this time was very easy as well. The store is very consistently helpful and has knowledgeable staff that are pleasant to engage. not all home depots are created equal.

She is very rude and may deny to approve your purchase if you need an over ride. Management is aware of here interactions and continues to only talk to her.

We went into this store location for several items and the service was excellent!

I like this store more than one closest me as it is clean and kept stocked up, i'm able to find whatever i need, or can get help easily. Robert in Lumber was extremely helpful on my recent visit.

I recently bought a new table fan, since my other one burned out. Gene was very helpful in showing me what was available in table fan. When I chose one, he assembled it for me, which I would not have been able to do myself. He was patient and persistent and I'm grateful for his help.

JR at PRO DESK was extremely helpful and attentive. Helped me find everything I needed in a timely manner.

If you have an issue in the world of plumbing see Gene in that Dept. if he has the part he will find it.

I cane into the store about 8pm to purchase 6 grills. Was greeted by Tarence. Immediately, I knew he held a leadership role just by his professionalism and sense of urgency. Tarence quickly delegated the tasks necessary to get me what I needed. He knew his buisiness, and I say this, becauses he knew where to locate the items in the reserve areas of the store and quickly get them to me. Very impressed with his leadership abilities and the response he gets from his associates. He seems very well respected and employees seems to enjoy working alongside him.

Good products and I received great customer service from Ms.Cythina.She went out of her way to assist me,and I really appreciated her help!

The employees are fighting for life here, as the new manager is a freaking bully. She likes to humiliate and berate employees on the sale floor. I have seen bad management before and I have seen great management as well. However this lady is the worst of the worst. She is a bully.

They shipped a defective DeWalt self-propelled lawn mower to my home. Added to the above, it was missing parts. I reached out to the store to address this. The store manager, John Z., wasn't willing to listen. He ended up hanging up on me because he had "other things to do." I spoke to this individual on 2 successive Saturdays couldn't get him to listen to me let alone address my issue. I took a day off work (October 13, 2022) to take the unit back to the store. I was helped by 3 employees at that store location : 1. Rosely 2.Kim 3. DeAngelo They were different and exceptional. These 3 care for customers and Home Depot's reputation.

I have been a regular customer here, and they always have great customer service. Specially the store manager is one of the best store managers out of all the Home Depot’s I have been to.. will recommend shopping in this store to everyone

Donna helped me find an associate to assist with finding the products. She made check out easy and found someone to assist me with getting my products to my vehicle.

Today I visited the FM 1960 WEST Home Depot location. Out of all my years of purchasing soil and mulch at Home Depot (and we are talking 15+ years!) no employee has ever helped me push my loaded cart of soil to the cashier (he probably would have loaded my cart is he wasn't already engaged with helping another customer in the same aisle) and then he asked another employee to stay with me to load it all onto my truck. Which that young employee did so! KUDOS to the Garden Center employees at this location. I will be planning to return to your location of all my mulch!

I have to give this store PRO Service desk and their contractors a big ZERO star rating for what they just put me thru their service of scheduling my storm door measurement . 1/ My Order ID # H638 153574 & payment on Thursday 09/30/21 for a contractor to schedule a meeting at my home to measure my storm door so I can buy the correct storm door and have them installed it. 2/ Friday afternoon 10/01/21 at about 3:12 PM I missed a cel MESSAGE on HD PRO onlinewebsite that the contracor ( Martin Duran ) trying to contact me. 3/ I returned the online message to Contractor at about 3:42 PM to Martin Duran asking hime if he contacted me for the door measurement meeting ? 4/ Martin Duran answered "YES" . 5/ Then I continued my message with "I am ready to talk" 2 more times but kept meeting with SILENCE from Martin Duran. !!!! That's is that's the last time I heard from PRO Service contractor. 6/ I contacted HD PRO Service at the HD store , James Cason , on the next Monday AM 10/04/21 to report the situation. A few hours later James answered back to me that his contractor tried to call me TWICE last Friday !!!! but James would have somebody called me later..... 7/ The next day Tuuesday, another man from HD Pro called me and told me a contractor will call me ?????? to date NONE ever called me. 8/ I received a missing phone call from James Mason on my phone at about 10 AM !!!! I tried to call back several times but could never reached James Cason after bouncing back and forth beween phone stations !!!! HD staffs all disappreared from me from now on...I guess ????
