I bought T labels after seeing them in the outdoor garden. They're fantastic, as I was able to label them with sharpies I bought at this store.

She is absolutely one the reason my company shops there. She's always friendly, kind and willing to lend a hand.

i thought a company could not make you work with paying an hourly wage ? If i have to check myself out then i am working for the company, i mean i know there are labor laws

I am 40 miles from home and will travel 40 miles again to come to THIS Home Depot. Sad but true

Came to this location after a debacle in the delivery department to say the least broken doors delivered missing items, and wrong items. But with one swift phone call to the store, I was told to come in by Jenny the assistant manager, and then she would make this right. My product is waiting for me at the counter, along with her apologizing and making things right with no debate. I would say the store has what it takes to be number one in the area thanks to this terrific assistant store manager, jenny

I live much closer to another Home Depot location and travel to the White Marsh store because the associates are always friendly, courteous and helpful and make me feel appreciated.

Was called a stupid moron by staff along side other shoppers that were addressed the same way. Manager did not seem upset with their employees actions, but rather questioned us to why their employee would say such things.

I went to this location this week and received excellent knowledgeable service.

Paid for a flooring measurement. Went to store to get quote. Associate said we needed to buy several boxes of flooring that we didn’t need, and couldn’t return, or they wouldn’t complete job. Why would I do that?? Do not recommend their installation services.

This store is the best Home Depot I have visited. Associates are easily available and are very helpful. They show that they care about serving the customer. The managers I've dealt with always want to make sure that I'm satisfied. The employees are respectful to the customer and to each other. They look like a great team.

They would not refund a product that I purchased there and did not use. They claimed that on the receipt, it says no refunds. I said there should have a sign by the product stating that it was not returnable. If you had to pay for the product and then find out that it was not returnable, what sense does that make?

It’s a shame you go into a store and expect help from employees but there’s no one around or they are all standing around talking to one another or on their phones.

Great area to go shopping for lumber an what ever else u need. the people are very helpful very respectable. Also alot of pretty ladies that work there .I know I go there every other day 😆.

The cashier Tammy. I was stunned at the lack of customer service and insensitive treatment I received. I made a purchase that was in a package. After ringing it up she asks if I would like a bag. I said yes she says its already in a bag and laughed hysterically. I told her I did not think it was funny to take a swipe at a customer like that. She then spoke over me and told me that "we" need some levity then tried to bring another employee into the discussion. I've never been this insulted.

Return desk is horrible and rude pro desk is always helpful and can solve problems

I came in desperate for help. I had many different things to paint and didn’t know squat.Sue came to my rescue. She knew what paint I needed for each project. So helpful. I left there fully prepared. Give her a raise!

no live cashier and long line at self check out. I needed assistance with gift cards without bar codes, from coin star, and could not use them without human assistance.

Thank you to lady's in the paint dept. very helpful to me about my questions. Can't forget Ms. Dolores the cashier at check out if it wasn't for her I wouldn't saved 25 dollars.

I purchased an outdoor furniture set online and they mess up. Then I came in the store Anne went a boy and beyond make everything right.

I meet a Employee in this store that knew exactly where what I was looking for was. Her name is Donna and I was very happy to have her help me. She is the Best. Thank You for Helping me. And the Item she knew where is was located even walked me to it was Pop Ribbits. Thank You Again.

Went to purchase a new electric clothes dryer. Tiffany approached me upon entering the large appliance area. Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. Excellent shopping experience. This Home Depot is the ONLY store at which I shop for appliances, home repair items, etc.

Associates are rude and unhelpful. Go to Harbor Freight or Lowe’s where customers are valued, appreciated, and treated with respect.
