Home Depot, through the Westfield store, donated $5,000 worth of materials during the pandemic which enabled the Agawam Lions Club to build and distribute 231 desks to local students to aid in there remote learning during a very trying time for the students. We will always promote such a great organization!

Great store with awesome employees. They definitely need more employees to help open all the newly locked up high price items. This new practice totally inconveniences good paying customers, but because of the low-life animals that love to come in a steal, it has to be done. Other than that, this is a GREAT store!

Poor inventory management - constantly have found items not in stock even though online it shows in stock

Three employees that made my day yesterday while shopping the Westfield MA store were Morgan in the Building Materials department, Greta in the paint department, and Lawson at the Check Out register. Thank you all very much for all of your help and knowledge !!!

Will from Garden stopped to ask if I needed any help looking for something. I was in the electrical section looking for a particular item that the website said there was 6 of. He looked in the area it was supposed to be stocked and it wasn’t there. He then figured out that it was an item that was received but never put out. He did not give up! He found the item and was happy to do so! Home Depot needs more new plotters like Will!

Today upon showing my Military Retirement ID card for the 10% discount, I was informed that I would not receive this discount, because the store was no longer using the military ID card "prompt" or "whatever", on their register machines... I was told I would need to go onto the Home Depot website, and fill out the Veterans Discount form, and then I would have to use my cell phone when checking out in the future, for my military discount... What if I do not own, or even want to own a cell phone??? Why can't I still just show them my military ID card when at the register checking out??? I'm 75 years old now, and my military ID card has always worked just fine in letting people know that I am a Veteran... I am not a fan of this "new policy" at all!!! Just check our Military ID cards, and everything will be just fine!!!

COULD NOT USE MY MILATARY DISCOUNT.TRIED TO ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER THAT DID NOT WORK.!!!JUST OPENED A HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD A WEEK AGO SO MY PHONE NUMBER SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN YOUR RECORDS.PRESON AT REGISTER COULD NOT INPUT DISCOUNT EVEN WITH PROOF OF BEING A VETERAN.WHY DID YOU MAKE THIS SO UNUSER FIENDLY????.NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

my shopping experience today at the Westfield store today was awesome because of two Employees Lindsey and Alan went way beyond there service to help me out

I had an incident where I shopped at this location and ending up using the self checkout. The attendant was present and has to assist with typing in a skiu for a hardware item. I scanned all the other items with the scanner while she was present. While I was in the parking lot, the self checkout attendant ran out to accuse me of not scanning and paying for an item. I looked at my receipt and she looked at one she reprinted right after I left and after I said I did in fact pay for said item, she must have saw it on the receipt. I don’t appreciate being accused of theft.

The return process is seamless, I never have to be concerned about purchasing a bit more than I might need. Better return than to come up short and need an extra trip.

I just want to take the time to extend and appreciate the most awesome and outstanding customer service that we received during our visit in purchasing Lumber products to make a cross for a recent Burial. Morgan in Lumber not only went above and beyond the call of duty but she was also very skilled informative and friendly. We are very happy to have come to this Home Depot everything was clean neat and well stocked. Everyone was very kind but especially Morgan we are very grateful to have experienced her kindness during this grievous time is so nice to meet beautiful people who love people and their job. I pray that God continues to bless her.

I buy all my flowers and herbs at this store, a place that is not far... any giving day its easy to get up, 5 minutes at the store and I'm already working in my garden!
