NICE CLEAN SMELLING AREAS TO SHOP

I’m not from the Houston area but I Love Home Depot!!! This store was clean the items were neatly stocked and the prices were reasonable and visible. The PRO Raquel at the PRO Desk was second to none!!! I highly recommend this store as well as Home Depot if you need anything for your home, garden, or yard.

I was shopping for a fridge/freezer. Art Straka was wonderful! I was in and out in no time with exactly what I need. Great job

I always come here to get any household items that I’ll need. Everything is neat and organized and the employees are nice.

Ignored for several minutes /hard to tell who's employee (uniforms/tags inconsistent). Was told associate would page since not everyone trained to measure and cut rope wire? Waited five minutes (after overhead page) standing at the aisle end waiting for the right associate then flagged another down. Another page. 10 mins more no one, so measured/cut wire myself (while holding a baby) and was then told by cashier I didn't have paperwork so had to go back and wait for associate. >20 mins waiting total

Miss Deb offered to help me find an item when I didn’t even know what it was called. By description only, she took me straight to it !!

I was so impressed when the assistant manager offered to help us load all of our fence materials we had bought on the two trucks we had. There was alot of material!

Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the selection and purchase of my exterior door easy. Even though she was very busy, she took care of me right away so I could proceed with my door installation after we received the measurements and estimate. Thank you, Elizabeth

I live closer to the Perland TX store where the service is terrible and the personal is not friendly so I drive to this Houston store because the shoppers are fast, the customer service is friendly and they always have all products. Is sad that not all the HD stores treat you right, but this one does and goes the extra mile. The manager is young but very dedicated and efficient.

I came in and found what I wanted and checked out quickly at self check out. For me that’s a good trip.

I had a problem with a major appliance. The employees and managers went to extraordinary measures to make it right. I highly recommend this store.

On a recent trip to Home Depot 10/29/2022 I had the best experience I've ever had at a home improvement store. I was pleasantly surprised to have been asked (by a new associate in training) if I was finding everything I needed or would I like some assistances. The organization and layout of this store was spot on. The check out was staffed and there was even an associate who was directing customers to empty or faster checkout lines. I was very happy to see the effort being made by the Home Depot to improve there stores. The associates and management of the Hillcorft (#6859) should come to this store and learn how to run a Home Depot.

20 years ago the store was poorly-lit and the employees ignorant and unfriendly. They turned it around about 10 years ago — better lighting, good products, and especially, well-informed, helpful, friendly staff. It's a joy to visit.

Apathy Find the right manager to lead by example. Assign the right assistant managers to show all employees how it is done.

I bought some beautiful pots for plants and I love them! Just what I was looking for and needed. I also dealt with the salesman in the paint department. He was having a hard time finding what I was looking for because I wanted a sample. He took a lot of time looking online and then asked me to follow him to the paint. We both looked carefully and could not find what I needed. I appreciated his thoroughness and taking time to REALLY help me and I thanked him.

This store is very close to my house. It almost always has the stuff I need. I have been using this store to shop most of the materials I need to build my shed (not done yet, but close). I also used this store when I was fixing my fences.
