Chet at the register at the Parkesburg Pa store is very nice and knowledgeable. I know it’s not just your stores, But the prices of pretty much everything is pretty high for people to do home projects. Please keep your prices down. I know as for me this is going to be the determining factor as to whether i shop at your stores. Prices are up and quality is down.

Shop there for all my home improvement needs and have never been unsatisfied. Pricing within reason and all the employees are so helpful and nice, unlike another nationally known popular home improvement store.

Went to home depot to replace our freezer and was in and out fast because of the people that work there were more than happy to help and went beyond being helpful by bringing up our item, waiting for me to check out and helped load it into our truck.

We bought a Samsung refridgerator (smart fridge) from Home Depot. This item was the right price and was delivered very quickly. We are very happy with this purchase!

I recently had a in-home quote from Home Depot for an new kitchen floor. While going back to the store to choose my color I had an amazing experience. I met Ann the sales associate! I had a quick question and she was right there to assist beyond my expectations! Her knowledge of the products was so extensive I have not ever encountered such a service. Ann went through my quote made suggestions explained every line item. After her recommendations, I realized I was almost going to purchase the wrong type of flooring! Thanks to Ann I am looking forward the most beautiful correct type of floor for my home. Not only is Ann's knowledge amazing but as friendly as they come. I have never encountered such customer service as I have just received. Ann thank you so much! And if you need anything I strongly recommend to track down Ann first!!!

The guy who looked all the over store for an item that was in stock but not in the right place went above and beyond helping me get the item

The Garden Crew is so helpful! We had three guys help us load the soil/mulch into our car - they were quick and so nice. They were also gracious to us when we had to make another trip so close to closing!

I shop in this home depot four or five times each month. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello when I enter. I often purchase full panels of plywood and masonite that I have cut to size. I would recommend shopping here to anyone that has need. I have never had a less than positive experience here. To all those who work here, keep it up! You are a vital part of our local community!

I’m so happy we chose The Home Depot for our new lawn mower. The corrective action taken for when it didn’t work was fast and exceptional.

Because my company does work in several states, I have to go to many Home Improvement stores. It is always a pleasure to go to the West Sadsbury Home Depot.

Isles were labeled but i wasn't sure where to get some things. Everywhere I was, there was an employee to help! Rare nowadays!!!!

We went to the Parkesburg store to buy four storm doors with installation. The only person available was a nice man from the electrical department. He called to get someone to help us. He was told one guy called our sick and the other door guy was going home early. It is very disappointing not to be able to buy items for our house on our day off. Maybe they should cross train other staff? Maybe the manager or assistant manager could have spoke to us? The electrical guy did the best he could to find someone to help us, I would have given zero stars, but electrical guy did his best .

3 men stood talking while I loaded sand and stone on my cart. Cashier kameron was rude and sarcastic. Young man George is a bright spot of this store. He helped load all my products in my car

Store used to be "Customer-Ready" always at midnight and mostly throughout the day and eve. Aisles were NEVER left; cluttered, blocked, etc. For the amount of staff present on a weekday afternoon, I would have expected the store to look much more "presentable" as it used to. Can't help wonder what has changed ? Management, policies, methods ??

I love everything about HD Parkesburg. Everything you need is always there and the employees are incredible.

Compared to the Frazer and Downingtown Hope Depots, this one is cleaner, more organized, and has nicer employees. Everyone asks if you need help, everyone smiles and thanks you for shopping with them, and they always have the best selection of stuff I need.

The associates were friendly & very helpful . The paint department was well organized & clean . One of the supervisors Danny was a lot of help . She knew a lot about the products & very helpful .

Love this store! From the greeter (who is perfect for his job) to the associates - I've never had a bad experience here and always find what I need. They even troubleshoot to make sure what I am purchasing is what I need.
