I really needed a fridge and stove because I'm moving into my new house may 1st so this was my first trip to the store to look for appliances I needed. And with employee help I saved approximately $3,000.00 thank you

I had the fortunate experience to meet Jami in the Garden section one late Sunday evening and she was so helpful and nice - yes, NICE!!! We chatted about a new succulent hobby I am Working on and she offered suggestions to help my project! It’s so refreshing to have someone as pleasant as Jami to help with new adventures!!! Thank you!!!

Amanda in appliances was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we found appliances that we love. She was very patient and understanding throughout the process and had great knowledge of the products!

I visit this location a couple times a week and the staff is always very helpful when answering my questions. The store is very clean and organized in a great fashion.

The best service at the Home Depot. Thay really try to help the customer get the correct items they need in a timely manor.

My mother and I recently went to the Home Depot store in West Mifflin, PA, to purchase a new front door for her home. We worked with an employee there named Brett Felix, and he was nothing short of spectacular. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and our various options, Brett was just so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. We changed our minds a few times during the process, but Brett never flinched. We caught him right before his shift was about to end, but he happily worked with us well past when he was supposed to leave for the day. Honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I think all retail employees, regardless of industry, should model themselves after Brett Felix.... thank you once again, Brett!

I went end of July, and I was greeted as I walked through the store. I was helped when I asked for it, and the employees were always knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. This store always seems neat, and orderly, and sale items are stocked well.

Had a personal shopping associate today. It was amazing! Tori S took one look at my list and helped me check off each item. She even assisted me in scheduling a service that I was not aware you offered. Saved me hours of frustration and aisle searching. If Tori didn’t know the answer she found someone in that department that I could ask. She never talked for me or made assumptions as to what I needed. I keep going back to the West Mifflin Home Depot to look for Michelle because she always helps me with all of my needs no matter how big. Please keep hiring dedicated employees like Michelle.

I am having new kitchen cabinets and electric stove installed. Talia Martin was beyond amazing in designing my kitchen, and working with me to get the kitchen I have always wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and just plain kind. Bob Kohler worked with me to purchase a new stove. He fully explained what I need to do upon delivery, and fully explained the warrantee purchased. They both exceeded all expectations!

Good selection of products, employees on floor absolutely useless but had an excellent cashier named Michael who ended up loading my vehicle

It can be overwhelming buying parts for a home project and the staff here are always helpful and have a positive attitude. I always feel like they are willing to take the time to help me locate items or explain things I don't understand.

Product not installed. Installer came unprepared to stall. Since my husband has installed the gas vent for the dryer and I'm sure we will be installing the gas line I've asked to have the installation fee and kit refunded since I did not receive either. I do not believe I will see any refund. It took me 12 year to go back to Home Depot for a major purchase because the last time the installer stole from me and Home Depot did nothing even after the guy admitted he did steel from me .

I had to replace a hot water tank previously bought and had the greatest experience ever. I was dreading the transaction process, but I was pleasantly surprised by the expertise of a young man named Tom. He guided me through the return quickly and efficiently. He explained the return policy, gave me store credit, had the tank removed from my vehicle, and then loaded the new tank himself. I was done and on my way within 20 minutes. I will definitely use the Home Depot store in West Mifflin for all of my home needs.

On every visit I am asked if I need help from floor employees. This is not the case in very many stores. Keep up the good work!!!

Rude to customers and doesn't know that she needs to hand customers their receipts.
