I am in love with the garden center! Those employees really do a stand up job! It's so clean and organized. And there's never any dirt allover the floor. And they move out of the way if I have my cart and they have a hose so I don't have to hit it like a speed bumb. So nice. And a very good good experience for my Sunday shopiings.

I have come to not expect great service at a big box but I have to say, Mike dazzled us with help and information.

Lumber staff are all kind and friendly. I can ask any questions to them :) Friendly people!

I went to Home Depot without an appointment but knew what I was semi doing but needed help with a laundry room I was trying to put together with cabinets, sink, granite etc. I am telling you make an appt with Andrew Nguyen. He is amazing and super helpful. He will give you your options and will help you with your budget and getting the style and level of product you need.

Everybody went out of their way to assist me in my shopping needs! I highly recommend this Home Depot! I believe that Home Depot’s tend to have friendly staff, but this specific store goes beyond my expectations by far!

The staff at the West Side Home Depot are amazing. Friendly, helpful, kind, if they can't answer a question, they get someone who will. Knowledgeable people, understanding of those of us who don't do it ourselves!

This is one of the few big box stores where the employees don’t, as a rule, ignore the customer that is clearly wishes someone would pass by and ask if I needed assistance.

Alyssa, customer service rep ...remarkable! Spoke with her earlier in the day after scrolling thru acrylic sheet options for over 2 hrs. my eyes were crossing. Had a number of questions...she knew the answers to ALL. Efficient, upbeat, beyond helpful ! I could have purchased much closer to my home address however I chose to buy nearly 1000.00 in product because of this young lady! I now luv Home Depot Verona!

All it takes is one bad customer experience to sour your taste. And there will always be a situation that doesn’t go 100% your way Home Depot, his honor their promises and his worth the extra drive (20 miles) I drove past Farm and Fleet and several hardware stores and have had good shopping experiences.

I needed to get a battery powered air pump to fill up a flat tire and someone at the front offered to help me find the item I was looking for then called to have a more specialized employee to help me find what I need more efficiently. Larry then came to help me and was very friendly and funny as well and helped me find what I was looking for, but recommended a much cheaper solution to my problem!

I left the store having a great day because of the customer service I received from Gee.

We went through home depot to purchase flooring, quarter round and base boards. We did not know at time of purchase, but they contract just about everything out to other companies so there were a lot of outside companies to talk to. Our order was messed up twice. No one at home depot called us back after leaving many voice messages about fixing our order. In store help is not very knowledgeable. We decided to get a refund after so many bad experiences and use someone else. Home depot did not provide a full refund for unclear reasons. Would not recommend going through home depot for ordering and installing.

I always find what I'm looking for. Employees are helpful in finding items. Check out is alway fast and courteous.

I stopped in at the Home Depot on the west side of Madison to get an estimate on my deck project. Al helped me out with an estimate and then set up my order the following week. This man was so kind and helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed for my deck project.
