My wife and I have a tile theme for our kitchen backsplash and wanted to repeat it for our bathroom. Our kitchen is black and white, but we wanted a color to replace the black. We also decided to use penny tile for the floor and just replace a tile randomly here too. We went all over to find coordinating tiles. Mr. Boggs helped us find the tile. I was impressed by the the quality for the price. It will look very high quality, but within our budget.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 25yrs and this store is the worst box/dept store I have ever been in. The lumber is garbage and good luck finding what you need.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for in any store. Valerie asked if she could assist - she pulled picket fence panels up on her computer and it said there were 25 in stock. She called the lumber manager and he brought the 10 I needed to the front - then helped me load the panels and fence posts. Real service which you don’t see anymore - great attitudes. I really had a great experience at this store and will continue to shop there always.

I visited customer service to request assistance with key duplication. The customer service was excellent, and they promptly called an associate to help me. However, the associate's behavior was disappointing; he was abrupt and mentioned he was already assisting three other customers, suggesting I could make the key myself without his help. Afterward, I tried using the self-checkout, only to discover that the service was no longer available. Had I known, I would have opted for the regular checkout line instead.

This store always has things I need. The staff is knowledgeable and Friendly and the prices are lower than other home improvement stores

I had the BEST shopping experience! If you ever need flooring go and ask for John Boggs!!!!!! I had the best shopping experience for flooring and carpet! He was awesome! No pressure but very informative!

We were pleasantly surprised that an associate noticed we were looking in the app for the location of the product we wanted to purchase and she guided us to the product without us having to ask. Overall a really nice experience.

Pricing of items is getting more competitive.

I have ordered windows, refrigerator in a hard to fit area, appliances, construction materials and more. Each department has expert experienced help. The Pro Desk people are also top notch. The refrigerator was ordered as it was a hard to fit size - and the salesperson nailed it! It's perfect!

I walked in unannounced and handed Pam a rough layout of a kitchen, literally 2 lines and 2 measurements. She was able to turn it into the exact design I was looking for. I had an email with a render and quote for cabinets by the end of the day. She was knowledgeable of the products and very easy to work with. I wound up not only buying the cabinets with her, I also bought all my flooring and appliances through her. She was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Pam is the best to work with and I will be going back to work with her in the future with all my upcoming projects.

I’ve been shopping at the Home Depot for about 12 years now and if it’s possible, I will only go to a Home Depot. The only time I go to other stores is when there is not a Home Depot in my vicinity. I only shop for Milwaukee tools, and Home Depot usually have such great deals and value on their tools. I guess you can say I am a Home Depot fan

people at customer service desk. I asked one person for assistance, she just pointed me to the end of the store and said there might be some there. I went back to her once I found my one item. She was engaged in conversation with another girl at customer service, no other customers present, no one could walk up to me and ask what I needed.

The rep by the name of Michelle went above and beyond her job to make my shopping experience very pleasant! She was very helpful and efficient! My order was placed and completed by her when no other employee would assist! Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience!

I have been shopping Home depot for many years, like 20yrs. at one time this company showed American Veterans pride with a parking space that said Veterans Parking, I knew walking pass that spot that I veteran was parked there and it was with pride that t Home depot would acknowledge it or so I thought? well that sign has been removed and when I ask the employees, they said that it was a decision made by corporate and nothing can be done about it!! OK!! so fast forward a year or so, everyone in my family, I have a huge family! REFUSE to shop at home depot! matter of fact they go out of their way to purchase gift card from any other home improvement store, we bye thousands of dollars worth every year, I know that Home depot could care less about this review, being 65 yrs old I could care less about home depot either. But the people at the west broad street store are good people and they continue to help us even when we know that like our veterans, Home depot corporate could care lees about them if truth was know. To all the veterans that read this, I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, may you always have a parking spot wherever you shop my friend.

I have all of my employees and contractors shop at Home Depot, the Pro Desk is always friendly and helpful. Over the phone checkout saves me lots of time and emailed receipts plus purchase history through the app keep me organized while servicing multiple jobs.

Every time I go to this store they have way too many isles closed due to the fork lift. Today they had it closed for a pallet of trash bags. So I had to drag a cart with 1600lbs of quikcrete 8 isle over to get to the check out. Which is ridiculous. Poor management if i ever did see it. Only thing good at the store was leaving and my cashier Allison.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience here. The lawn and garden department was extremely courteous and helpful and Stacy at checkout went above and beyond. Keep it up!

This store has really improved in customer service as well as cleanliness. It has become a pleasure to shop there again.

This Home Depot is there if you need it. Otherwise I would suggest making the trip to another if you can. Located in an outdated and dilapidated parking lot/shopping center the drive alone beats your car almost to death. Once at the store although the cashiers are usually extremely friendly, the overall isle staff makes it very clear they are annoyed at your presence as a customer and your projects/problems. With the exception of the gentleman in the Plumbing department and a handful of a few others, the overall staff alone ruin any trip to this store.
