Returned a defective lawn mower and everyone who handled the return was super nice.

you don't carry what i was looking for but was instructed to order it on line. She was very helpful. Also Diane the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel special.

We have visited the West Bend Home Depot many times. During our past two visits, we ran into Christine at the checkout lane. Christine is very fun and upbeat! Christine took the time to ask about our project and we felt like valued customers. Thank you Christine for the awesome experience.

Harv Karnitz was our salesman. Was friendly, informative, answered all our questions and did an amazing job finding the perfect washing machine for us!

I went into the West Bend store and was lucky enough to work with Appliance Specialist, Harv Karnitz. He helped me pick out a washer/dryer, Microwave, and dishwasher. Everything was exactly what I needed. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me into higher models. He listened to what my needs were and helped me pick out something that matched my specifications. It was a great shopping experience.

I wanted a certain size micro weave that GE made and the sales rep brought it u on the computer and it was the one I wanted. They had it on line at Wallmart but had to order through third party and didnt want that. In 3 days it was delivered to my house. What service. this is second time i ordered this way for something I wanted that didn't carrry in store. Great service.

We went to the West Bend Home Depot to purchase several new light fixtures. They had everything we needed in stock. The checkout person, Adam, was extremely helpful.

If you go to this store. Do not check out with Donna. I was signing up for what I thought was a rewards card, not realizing it was a credit card until partially into the application. I was reading the paragraphs on the screen as she tried to summarize them for me. I still like to read what I’m signing. As I’m reading, Donna is staring at me and then asks what I’m thinking… I proceed to tell her I’m reading. I asked why it needed to know our income and she said she didn’t know but we “probably make about 120,000 a year”. I realized it was a credit card, I told her I would like to cancel it and she said “Oh, is the application too hard or too boring for you?” At this point I was very irritated, telling her again I wanted to cancel it. She told me “we’ll just put 50,000 in” and continued to do so. The next part was to sign and she asked if I just wanted to sign. I told her once again, I wanted to cancel and no I wasn’t just going to sign it. After she finally cancelled the application, she informed me she couldn’t give me a bag for my lock because she tried to fit it in and it was too large. I went to my car and got it right into a grocery bag. I will not be returning to this store because of Donna. If I could give zero stars based on this cashier, I would.

Andrew Olson did a great job helping me find what I needed at a great price! He was extremely friendly!

Almost always have what we need,and employees who work in these departments know about things and where to find them.Most times a pleasure to go shopping and come home with what we need.Great store

Tom Froehlich in appliances was great. Spent all the time we needed. Knew his merchandise and was able to guide us through the available options. Smiled his way through computer glitch and got us what we needed.

RHD Credit Card did not work and we had to buy a new water heater which was $1100 and Ashley helped to get the credit card information and it and the process through she went above and beyond was very patient and thorough. Also her positive attitude shined.

Matthew loaded lumber into my truck for me when he saw me struggling with it. He dropped what he was doing to do so. He was pleasant and friendly and clearly enjoying providing good service. I had a previous positive experience with him when renting a truck a few days ago. If I need to rent anything in the future, I'll come to Matt.
