This store always has a great selection of trees and shrub to choose from. It is my number one store to shop at spring and fall.

Awesome employees! Great products!

I was immediately greeted with a smile upon entering the pairing area. Mary inquired of my interest and asked if there was anything she could assist with. After hearing my answer she approached with sincere interest. She was extremely helpful add I purchased exactly what I needed. I will definitely consider this location’s painting department for my future needs first.

Mary in the painting section was amazing. She was super cheerful and helpful and we will be back to specifically ask for Mary again!

Stopped by to purchase air filters. They did not have sufficient stock so I asked if they could match the price on the next runner up filters. Did not work with me and turned me away. Bad experience this is my home store but will definitely consider not shopping here in the future.

Leo and Anthony continued to look and found a spreader I was looking for. Also Cora helped me check out and was very nice an lb helpful.

We had our kitchen remodeled by home depot which turned out great. I also bought supplies for my former company weekly at Home Depot.

Go to the Home Depot in Batavia or Oswego. They have cashiers.

Purchased 9ft inflatable Giant Mr. Grinch for holiday yard decor. The item was used, dirty, missing stakes, missing tie down rope and NOT the same as displayed at the store. Bait and switch. When I returned the item I didn't get a sorry about your inconvenience, nothing not a word.

If your going to home depot for paint be sure to ask for Mary or Crystal they are really helpful,kind and they know what their talking about

We went to purchase a front door and had very specific things we wanted. Flo researched doors until she found the perfect one for us with a great price. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Came in for a toilet and some parts for it on the advice of my contractor. Tim Abbinanti made the whole process seamless he saw me walk towards the aisle and immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. . He went above and beyond. He was courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. Home Depot needs more employees like Tim!

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store due to the friendly employees, and great product selection.

I always seem to find what I need at this location. Been to several other locations and I just seem to gravitate to this one. Every single time I visit, there is someone there greeting me with a solution to my problems.

Shopping is nice and easy at Aurora home Depot! I found everything I needed in this store, there were plenty of big carts for lumber, the guys took care of cutting the lumber for me and I even got to order ahead for lumber cutting which I didn't know I can do, that's amazing! Plus, one of the nicest workers there, Ginger, helped me out on the register and helped me with commercial account application, which made my shopping today the best shopping at the home Depot so far. Also, renting out the home Depot vehicle was great experience, too!

Just purchased a new hot water heater for our home and had it installed by Home Depot I’m very pleased with the installation they did.

I have always found the best deals on Milwaukee Tools at Home Depot. Milwaukee is my go to for any tool when constructing...Durable, Highest quality and biggest bang for the Buck when purchased at Home Depot.

I purchased a sectional floor sample patio/sunroom set.I am VERY pleased with the quality and weight of the set.Have had MANY compliments!!

This is my favorite Home Depot location to visit because the employees are always so helpful! Mary, in the paint department, was such a delight to work with! She went above and beyond when my dad and I were shopping for painting supplies. She greeted us with a smile and made sure all our needs were taken care of.

We needed a new kitchen refrigerator and the West Aurora team was so helpful. From the time we walked into the store to the time we left, the staff paid attention to our needs and assisted us in the purchase and delivery that suited our needs. Thank you!

Such a pleasant experience with Tim and his helping us with finding privacy film for our windows. He also told us about at home service providers for household needs. We our looking forward to a possible bath remodel or just having the tub and shower door replaced.
