We came in to buy a new dishwasher, we knew which one we wanted. The gentleman we worked with, Tom, wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell a different appliance or model. He was quick and efficient to where we were in and out before my husbands lunch hour was over!

Excellent customer service from Kevin & Matt and the young gal who was the in store Ridgid Rep. They listened to what I needed, did some online research and came up with a solution quickly. Stating they wanted to make sure I had the correct product to use my saw safely.

The store employees were very friendly and very helpful, especially Dex, he helped me find what I was looking for and made sure it was the correct item I needed.

The Behr paint is the best paint for my needs. I always shop at Home Depot when I need paint. Associate Julian is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly !

I was looking for grey paint

I frequent this store quite often as I live close to it. Every time I have entered this store it is been clean, organized, and the employees are always generous with their time. The employees also are quite knowledgeable and if they're not sure they direct me to someone who can answer my question.

3/22/24 I visited the West Allis store today with a project I needed but was confused about how to do it. Rich in Lumber was kind and patient explaining different ways to do it and helped me pick out the wood I needed to cut. He cut them perfectly and I just installed them. I am very pleased!!!!

Traci in Pro Desk got the job DONE!!!! Very knowledgeable and understanding!! Puts a lot of thought into her design.

I purchased a garage cabinet was to be delivered, didn't happen. Went to the store and explained the issue, and they credited my account $50. Totally satisifed.

I was in you guys store earlier today when I happen to notice a fellow customer being super rude to one of you cashiers. Now I would like t give your cashiers Dom alot of credit. He kept it professional and courteous I started to step in but I saw he had it under control. Just thought I would mention him

I couldn't find what I was looking for after much wandering. Ty approached and helped me out. When the retail world is expecting the customer to self serve, it's really nice to get some service.

I needed help with paint and rugs. Someone was there to help and went beyond my expectations in both departments. Made my day!

Whenever I stop in to the West Allis Home Depot, the employees are kind and helpful. They work together and make everyone feel like they matter.

I purchased a wash machine today from this Home Depot. The sales person was Wesley Kranitz. He new his stuff and so friendly. I have not had an employee from any kind of store treat a customer like I was special. Highly recommend this Home Depot. Barbara Wallace

I had a Lotta issues and I’m disabled. Patti or Tatiana was very kind and very patient with me even though she had a lot of trouble with her computer she really helped me out a lot.

Julian and Eli Went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my paint! I’m a new homeowner and they went as far as to give me lots of tips and tricks taught me about the pro account and made sure I was super satisfied! Thank you both so much!!

Went to Home Depot today to pick up an online order as well as to purchase paint. Customer Service at the check in desk, the paint department and the checkout was exceptional. Employees were friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Sure made our shopping experience easy!!!

Had a project I was working on for a display. Went in with to buy some boards that I needed cut to size. Steve in the lumber department was awesome! He configured a way to cut what I needed with minimal waste even taking out some paper to map it out. Appreciate his expertise, friendly demeanor and assistance. I will drive to this location - past a HD closer to home - to go to this store. I even had an employee ask me if I needed help loading my truck in the parking lot. Thanks Steve in lumber and West Allis HD! I’ll be back! :)

We purchased a water heater and they came out to install it. The guy left a big mess all over the floors. There was a red water all over floors and stairs. He scratched my floors, stairs, and walls. I spent 2 hours cleaning up. I will never purchase from them again.
