I went in to buy my husband a power tool and was completely lost. I wonderful lady helped me get everything I needed!

While visiting the Wentzville location Chuck greeted my daughter and I shortly after arriving and assisted us from plumbing to cabinetry, to making sure we were taken care of through the checkout process. At check out Katie assisted Chuck with helping to make sure our cabinet order was correct and ready for pick up the following day! Katie was friendly and very helpful!

Am not given enough time to confirm email during the check out process. Either the cashier is bypassing the screen or the alotted time is insuffient. If you wanted an electronic receipt, you have to take your purchase to customer service, return it, repurchase it while telling that cashier to please give you proper time to confirm and/or change your email address.

Hire people to ring people out. Stop making people worn to buy your crap!

I was there today (12/15) and had a wonderful experience staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me to find everything I need. I live 1 1/2 hours a way and they made sure I didn’t have to make multiple trips!

Went into the Wentzville Home Depot just to look at appliances for a cabin we are building, and with the help of the appliance specialist, found exactly what we were looking for. No high pressure sales, just genuine good advice and help on what we were needing!

Greg, in the paint department, went above and beyond to help me with a project that someone at a specialty paint store told me wouldn't be possible. Greg was kind, helpful, & knowledgeable even though he was busy helping several different customers. His guidance is much appreciated and is an asset to this store!

I was struggling to get my bags of mulch in my truck. Joshua came over to help me and by doing that, saved me from having back problems resurface that day. Also, the gentleman in the home and garden area answered questions for me without hesitation. They are so nice at that store in Wentzville, Missouri

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for 6 yrs. I purchased all of the materials needed to build a workshop at my residence. I provided a bill of materials to several local suppliers to bid on competitively. I had 4 locations that I approached. One location never took the time to bid on my project while the other three did. Home Depot worked with me on the order and won the bid. Not based on lowest price for all items instead based on response to my needs. I’ve been shopping here every since that experience 6 yrs ago. Store contractor service desk really takes there customers needs seriously. It is very much appreciated.

I was rudely stopped as I was exiting the store and accused of attempting to remove from the store items which I had not paid for, although I had a receipt in my hand which clearly showed that the items were paid for. The person who accosted and accused me was not interested in looking at the receipt yet kept saying that I had not paid for the items.

We’re in the Wentzville store every week and enjoy the experience. The proximity to our home is great, the employees are friendly and helpful. Appreciate that!

Having to drive over 40 minutes to The Home Depot is not enjoyable. But the experience there between having everything you need and experienced employees make it worth the trip so you don't have to make 2 trips.

My husband, one year old son, and myself went to buy a Christmas tree this afternoon. Tim greeted us and made sure to help with everything we needed. He brought the tree to our car and made sure it was even tied down properly. He was extremely friendly and helpful! It was a wonderful experience.

I recently needed to purchase a full house of large appliances and was hesitant to begin this process due to the hefty expense and my lack of knowledge of new merchandise. Gary, at the Wentzville Home Depot, took the time to work with me and made this a wonderful experience. I left with a purchase I feel was a great price and quality.

Sad sad day when one has to register for a military discount, then download an app and then have that app active to present a QR code at checkout. I will present all of my business to other stores. I guess an in person presentation of one's retired ID card is not worth anything to Home Depot. Like someone's business. Sad indeed.

We were stunned that Home Depot had no full service registers open today. 100% self check out only. This will stop us from shopping here. This lack of customer service will drive customers back to the mom and pop hardware shops, which is probably for the best anyway.

I was in a real hurry and ran into the store. An associate asked me if they could help me locate anything, I said yes and said drill bits. She pointed to the aisle and went off to find the drills and cutting blades.

We bought a fan/light to replace our light in the office. The fan was easy to install because there were no electrical changes needed! It works great! Installed it that evening. Today nwe went back with more needs and the Staff were all so so helpful.

Kudos to the guys that helped us load the riding lawnmower we bought - in the rain!! Awesome guys!!

Surprisingly the Check Out Staff was knowledgeable of the goods we were purchasing. Kudo's to Brittany at the Wentzville, Mo. location.

This is a purchase for my son who has had a new house built and needed a lawn mower. the purchasing experience was preceded by a knowledgeable salesperson who answered all questions as well as information that resulted in the sell
