I am especially enjoying the Ryobi tools with their dependable starting power and performance.

The Weatherford Home Depot is always a great place to shop, but I had an exceptional experience today at the customer service desk. I had multiple and complicated returns with different receipts, and multiple pick-ups from different on-line orders at the same time, and the cheerful cashier Kincaid took care of everything quickly and easily. Makes me happy to come back to the Weatherford store over and over again.

I came in and the staff asked me if I needed anything and helped me with what I needed and the were very nice.

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator. The employee walked us through the appliances and explained the features and savings; to insure we purchased the best selection for our needs.

I've lived in a few different states. And in some cases, the Home Depot employees were, well.... eh, not the best. And that would have been a compliment. HOWEVER! This store is at the VERY top of my list of Home Depot Stores! It actually feels like each employee has been trained or has plenty of experience in their designated areas to actually help. One of the Home Depot Stores I went to didn't even know plumbing and electrical basics. It's sad, when I know more than folks who work in the specialized departments. Thank you Weatherford Home Depot! You are all doing so great! Shout out to: (sorry I sometimes for get names, but remember lots else about the following folks) - Teresa at checkout - Super bubbly gal, whom I believe is the head of electrical, if not... that is at least her department - Fella who I believe is the head of Plumbing, he has helped us come up with many ideas to fix our problems - Goatee, baseball hat, and glasses fella in Tools - Ishmael in paint Honestly so many others as well! *I'll update names as I pay closer attention in the future*

Purchased the Dewalt 2 Gal. weed sprayer and love it. Had been using a 1 Gal. sprayer and just got tired of stopping to fill it up and pumping it all the time. With the Dewalt 2 Gal. sprayer I can spray a lot more weeds for for I have to stop to pressurize the tank or refill it. It's made of very good quality materials and is a snap to assemble. I am very happy with my purchase. I think you will be also.

Needed help with locked weedeaters. Asked 5 different people, waited 15 to 20 min before one finally came by and actually helped us. 3 cashiers clearly seen us standing there and flat out ignored us! I won't shop there again unless I absolutely have to!

When checking out Adrena (?) seemed to be the only 1 working at the svc desk. There were a few people there but she kept a positive demeanor and thanked everyone. Very friendly

Customer service is horrible. I quit going there because of awful customer service. Thought I would give them anotger chance. The plumbing department was rude and made me feel line an idiot. I wont return and give a 3rd chance to be berated.

The store is always clean and well stocked.I always get what I need and more.

Employees here are all about helping you find what you are looking for and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am in the Weatherford Home Depot Store more than once a week. I am amazed at the level of help and service I have experienced over the past year. From Plumbing, Electrical, Gardening, and building materials, I have been blessed with helpful employees that care and are excelent at what they do - Service!

A couple of employees stopped what they were doing and helped me find a couple of items. Very helpful.

The overall experience was extremely good. The people are very friendly and worked with expertise.

This place is stocked and very clean.! And customer service is awesome🏅

Been shopping here for several years it's my go to store.

Went to Home Depot on 9-9-2023 for flooring. Jocelyn in flooring was able to point my wife and I in the direction of a higher quality flooring product and was able to save us money on the install. Jocelyn's knowledge and customer service is a shining example of what our community strives to be.

Just bought new home in Weatherford. Landscaping, shelving. Lots to do. H. D. Has it all

I had an amazing shopping experience and Crystal at the Prodesk made it a wonderful with her amazing customer service.

Kevin and Michelle in the Electrical dept were so helpful and had so much logic. They helped me so much and deserve kudos for a job well done.

Great customer service in both departments! Joselyn in blinds & Teresa at checkout went way above & beyond! I was in & out in less than 30 minutes with 6 window blinds that I needed!

She made sure I knew I'd get an extra $25 off if I got approve for the CC and told us about the survey. She's on top of her ish mate!

They had what I needed, checked me out fast, we’re friendly the whole time and got me back to working quickly.

If you want to find the best cashier, having a bad day ,want a good laugh, got a question about product location who to talk to or you have a problem I might need Solving. Brenda has been consistent every time she has assisted in ringing up products and always finds a way to inform me of perks, benefits, sales, and anything upcoming in the store. She is a fantastic person and is definitely somebody that I seek out when I am shopping. She puts a smile on my face, and always cares. She is the most personable and authentic people. I have met at any Home Depot by far and her character stands out even in a crowded room.

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff from back to front are so helpful and friendly. My encounter with Tomasina was especially great today. And I always find the products that I need. I’m a Home Depot customer for life now!!
