I asked for assistance twice with lawn and garden items and never had a single employee interact with me in the 45 minutes - hour I was in the store. The first employee I asked for help replied "I suggest you wait" and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention the entirety of the plant section was very unhealthy looking. Most should be reduced but you can't ask for a discount, they'll just tell you it's up to the vendor. I'll be shopping for houseplants elsewhere from now on!

I love how it's a one stop for everything place.

I bought a washer and dryer had it delivered they forgot the hoses to use the washer. Then they made me drive back to store for refund calling the 800 number forget it they tell you what you want to hear. I gave it a 2 because of Chad and Christina these two deserve a raise a free lunch and then some . They had to deal with an angry me and they did it wonderfully. They are great employees thank you both.

We shop at Home Depot everyday! It is our Home Away from Home!! We would like everyone to know that if you want Fantastic Service shop at the Waterville , Maine Home Depot!! Special shout out to Tori, Chad, Chris, Paul and Amy!!! They are Awesome

You've got the BEST EMPLOYEES of ANY STORE!! Rita is the best greeter I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! She makes your day before you even start shopping! Sharon was very helpful in finding what I wanted and Ashley was also very helpful at the cash register!

No matter what time of day we shop at our "Home away from Home" we are greeted by some of the greatest employees around!! Tori, Amy, Chad, Chris, Paul, Paul, Chris, Mike and Christine are just a few of our favorites!!

My overall experience with Home Depot was good this trip. However. When trying to call my local store to check an order, no one would answer the phone. Some employees would be standing around talking and didn't want to be bothered. Yet, one the other side. There were employees who would go out of their way to help. That being said. My overall experience was satisfactory and I was able to get done what I needed to do thanks to those who enjoyed their job. Those folks were great to work with. Because of those people, I will continue to do business with the Home Depot.

I am a widow. My husband was 100% disabled, veteran, taking care of him. I am unable to lift. The cashier Christina, and the associate Scott loaded my mulch from the store to the car. We’re pleasant and helpful and understanding. Great service great people.

Donna, the cashier, provided exceptional customer service by opening up a lane to check us out and giving my little nephew a gold bear pin to pin on his bibs. I think you should give this women a raise, it’s hard to find employees like her these days!

Enjoyed the experience of the purchase. The Appliance Floor Employee, Dennis showed great concern towards our need and was extremely flexible in our desires to get the correct item first try.

We bought everything that we needed for material to rebuild the camper and the material was exceptional.

Stand in line for 30 minutes at pro desk. Amy and Paul awesome and Jonny on the spot. TORI rather sit on her butt play on her phone or computer and not help pro customers. Because of this I've lost two clients because I couldn't get to the appointment on time because I gotta stand in line 30 to 45 minutes til Paul or Amy are done with other customers. Time is money for us contractors. Tori cost us a lot of time which equals money. Got 3 pro desk people. One makes contractors wait. I'm not the only one who's complained about her. According to other employees who also have complained, store manager or GM won't do anything about it. Tori thinks her crap dont stink. She thinks she's entitled. She's what we call a KAREN.

This was the first home depot I actually lived walking into. The setup intrigued my curiosity in the products and made me want to go and explore and buy stuff. The self checkouts were my favorite! They were the best scanners I’ve seen and used! The associate young lady in paint today, helped me and seemed really happy to answer questions! Love it when they’re not boring. I could’ve explored a bit more and stayed longer at this store.

The friendly help I had in the paint department finding what I needed and the smiles from the quality staff made my visit wonderful.

Zach, thank you so much for your time and assistance today in finding an item. You went far and above any other experience I had at the Waterville store, and I have been there a lot. Your service is very, very much appreciated. I hope to see you there again.

Worst store. No one to check you out or help you anywhere. Hopefully they made an extra 100$ a week for the worst customer experience in history.

She was friendly, easy to talk to and the best thing was 'smiling!' She had me apply for a credit line and approved. I think individual team members should earn bonuses or profit sharing. I never thought it was fair for waitresses to 'share' tips because many don't earn their way but get to share others rapport and goodwill earned. The bonuses are definitely earned by those people who have outstanding personalities. Sadly, customer service is a lost art. Rebecca was a joy and reminded me of how I interact with people. It's fun and bonus earning that should be given to her specifically for her good attitude and earning your company revenue!

Bina at the service desk is super friendly and helpful. She makes sure you are taken care of.

Donna was the cashier at the Waterville, Maine, store and was very helpful. Her customer service was top notch.

I appreciate how quick an easy it is for me to shop and locate what I need. Love the shop-in-store feature in the App. The employee's are always helful and friendly.

When you go to a big box store the supplies are going to be similar quality as other stores so the quality of employees is what matters. All the employees at this store are great and willing to help with getting supplies to complete any project you have

I was very pleased as I could not lift today and Kardell was there to help out and make sure items were delivered to my car without causing any damage because of the rocks purchased. He put tape on the bag that was open to make sure it did not make a mess,

so refreshing to find so many employees on the floor ready to assist!
