I picked up exteror lights .. love them

Purchased walking stones for my new pathway. Will be putting them flush to the ground soon.

I used Home Depot Waterford for a recent project and the service provided by the Pro Team representative as well as department individuals was exceptional. The representative ensured issues were resolved in a timely manner and provided support throughout every step.

Great place to shop. The store personnel are very friendly and helpful. In my case they worked with me to help get an item at a sale price that I had seen posted a few days earlier but was no longer advertised as being on sale. All the people that helped me were always professional and super nice.

I went shopping for three different things. I encountered helpful employees in all three areas of the store where I shopped. The cashier was able to get another employee to help me move a heavy bag of stone from my cart into my car.

I know absolutely nothing about remodeling but am working with a contractor. I love love love the paint selection for my walls -- Behr Gobi Desert for walls and Behr Swiss Chocolate for trim. SO GLAD I went beyond white walls. Got very good service at WATERFORD CT store.

This store is well managed and all the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

got there at opening time , found what I needed was in and out in minutes, took advantage of a Dewalt special going on . totally impressed with the staff.

I have been going to east haven and N Haven store … no more ..Customer service at this Home Depot surpasses the others! Thanks to Shane and his team !! Shane is the best.. I wanted my order divided to ship some of the larger items and carry out other items ; use a coupon .. I thought I must drive him crazy !!! He assured me not to worry that that was why he was there .. for customer service !! What a great shopping experience. We have spent over $3000 in 6 weeks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Thanks Shane !!!!

Called ahead to confirm Items in stock, told yes. None in stock when I arrived. Told pay now and they will be ready tomorrow, they're not. Out money and 2 days (so far).

Bryan and George were super helpful - took time to walk me thru my project and offered great subject matter expertise as well as helped me find all the parts I needed.

In every clunker home I ever lived, i have dealt with a long list of things that needed to be done, repaired or fixed. After 20 years of replacing and fixing, there are so many handy man jobs I have done and I owe this to the home depot.

Mike in deliveries is amazing. Deserves a raise for how hard he works to find things you need. He helped us locate a product and didn’t give up, even when we did. Chased us out of the door to tell us he found it. The guy is wonderful!

I just moved into my first home and have so many projects. David approached me and was so helpful. He explained things to me on my projects that were confusing me. He walked me to each aisle and helped me find everything I needed. He also helped me get some good suggestions to get the vibe I was going for in my new home. It was a great experience.

I ordered a door that the sales person said up to 2 weeks to arrive. After check out, the invoice states app. 6 weeks. I tried to immedietly cancel the order to find something else but the customer service associate said it could not be done since "custom order" (an unfinished door that was not in stock) Fustrated since we can't continue siding now

At first I was disappointed with the staff as they seemed more interested in doing what they were doing than actually helping customers but the customer service supervisor Dawn went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. If anyone ever has any issues, ask for her and she’ll take care of you.

The staff at Waterford Home Depot are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and kind to customers and each other. I recently noticed a more experienced employee helping a new hire and another employee helping and older employee understand how to do some computer tasks and they were supportive and kind to each other-how nice to see that

From the time I walk in to the time I leave the store is great to be in! In no particular order, the following employees have contributed to my continuos visits to this location: Missy, Dawn, Edgar, Jayson, Tom, Tim, Angelly, Rick, Noah, Cassandra, Rick (flooring), Brian Ashbee, frank Massey, Charlie, Micky Finn, Jeff there are many more names that aren’t coming to mind at this moment but thank you all for what you do!

Went to Home Depot in person thinking that would be the easiest means to purchase a shed using gift cards and MC gift cards - definitely not the case. Took almost an hour because the computer system didn't seem able to handle it, but Dawn and Dean were amazing, patient, and eventually found a way to get it all in order. Hopefully the shed will arrive tomorrow. Not ideal timewise, but great people made it tolerable!

I've always had a positive experience at this Home Depot location.

Employees are much more friendly and knowledgeable than the other big box store!

I guess the employee who took my order was having a bad day or in a bad mood.

I enjoy going to Home Depot, but this time the person who took my order was acting like I was bothering them. There was no other customers behind me, he was seated in front of a computer, and the look he gave me was not a welcome look, not good.

Your phone app makes it clear and easy to find what I need and which store has it in stock. The locator feature is great. Once I am in the store I can find products faster saving me time and footsteps.
