I went to Home Depot because I got an email that said I could buy 5 bags of much for $10. When I got to the store the mulch was marked $3.33 per bag. When I asked the store representative about this discrepancy in price, they honored the email price I showed them on my phone and helped me load the product in my vehicle. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back and appreciate that they listed and didn't brush me off with my questions and concerns.

The store associates are super nice and very friendly and helpful

We purchased front and back doors for our home and special ordered both. the whole process working with the guys in the millwork department to the cashiers that completed the sale was exceptional. Would definitely shop this store again.

I went to the Wasilla Home Depot today to make some keys and from the moment we walked in the front door, it was a lovely experience! They have shopping carts with cars on them for kids to ride in and pretend to drive a car! The key making process was quick and easy and an associate saw me and helped me within 1 minute of standing at the key making machine. Me and my daughter decided to make some rounds in the store to get the most use and fun out of the car shopping cart. Every employee we saw was smiling and friendly and helpful and we were offered help multiple times. When it was time to check out, a lovely worker named Lan was right there to help us and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy.

I like shopping at Home Depot, because when I call in advance to find out if they have a certain item, they do answer their phone, and answer my questions

I do all my shopping at the store. I have always had a pleasant experience with great customer service, great prices, and been able to accomplish what I was looking for in short order because of your wonderful staff!

Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances from Tara you won't be disappointed.

Love this store, will definitely be back. My only recommendation would be to fix the bag situation during checkout. Every time I have gone in there, I have not received a bag for my items; at times I had a cart full of items and still not asked if I would like a bag. Frustrating. Overall, good store.

I am building a small home out of pocket and this particular Home Depot store has been absolutely wonderful. All of the staff have been eager to help and direct and actually solve problems that I have encountered. They are kind and thoughtful and funny too. I like this store so much that I actually got a Home Depot credit card because this location and it's people are so tremendous each and every time I go into this store. Keep up the fabulous community support! You guys make my day!

I think the contractors and public would appreciate being able to walk the isles and not have to stop every other isle to let someone pass next to them. At least in the main isles.

Living in Fairbanks Alaska stores receives limited supplies. Normally over big sale weekends hot items are hard to find. Walking into the Wasilla store everything was still in stock after a couple days of the sale!!! Great spot for people from smaller towns to come to for and not have to worry about them running out as quickly.

The young man working in the Paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the corrrect paint needed for my project..

Worst ever customer service and serious quality control issues! Major screwups on orders, blackmail customers to accept wrong size door or charged a fee- Manager refunded money but did not offer to reorder my door and at a discount - to make up for the list time and money spent for labor to install wrong size door-which their door dept admitted to making a mistake in the order!

Buy things for the company all the time

We almost always find what we need.

Today's trip was to have some keys made. The nice lady at the door directed us to the proper area of the store. We immediatly found an employee to help us. He cut our keys. All of the blanks were in stock, with the exception of the key to the file cabinet. The system could not identify that key. But the nice gentleman that cut our keys was very friendly and kind. The keys were a bit pricy. But the experience was pretty much painless. Until we went up front to pay for our keys. All that was available was self checkout. They did not have any maned registers open. Since I do not receive an employee discount, I refuse to process my own transaction. So I went to the customer service counter. They checked me out there. Going thru the checkout line, visiting with the fast and friendly cashier is part of the customer experience that I've grown fond of. Many times at other stores finding someone to assist is difficult. But not today at Home Depot. The customer service was great.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry, can't move around without ditching your cart

Ever since moving to the Wasilla area I have been shopping at this Home Depot. I have always been greeted coming in and thanked for shopping there on the way out. Through out the store employees have always asked me for assistance and. It’s greatly appreciated. Great job, guys.
