The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is generally well stocked.

I appreciate how helpful the sales associates are especially helping me find the item(s) I'm looking for. They're very knowledgable and always courteous.

I have been shopping at this location for almost three years now and I really enjoy coming to this location. Love the staff, they are genuinely kind and always willing to help when asked.

We went to the paint department and needed some specific materials. Wyatt in the paint department was wonderful and helped us immensely. Great customer service.

Purchased a new Trager

Nice that this store has been able to hire extra folks for the holidays. They seemed well trained! The gal seen me walking in the store for a return and immediately took me beyond customer service to open register to speed me they the store return process. It got me freed up to go shop for items I needed. But, be cautious of the store brand Christmas items, made in Cambodia… I had to return defective goods, their procurement department needs a new supplier on Christmas lights!

Got paint and carpet squares. Love them!!

Our last home has been outfitted with Home Depot's great selections of plumbing choices, cabinets, floors, countertops, blinds and landscaping. Our doubtful contractor is VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality of the countertops and cabinets! Thanks Laura D!

The individual who checked me out was extremely friendly and helpful. He introduced himself as J.G. He said there were several Jim’s but he was J.G. Great asset to the store.

My husband and I have flipped several homes and always shopped at Home Depot. I have to say Warrenton HD is AMAZING! Their team from management to checkout is soooo helpful and friendly. Absolutely love this store! Kelly Carmen and Jacob Schoebel are AMAZING to work with!

This store usually has what I am looking for. However, the customer service can be wanting sometimes.

It would be really nice if this store had a tool rental center. Not many places in the surrounding area to rent tools.

I had never shopped this Home Depot before and I was pleasantly surprised! Downright impressed! I was helped right away and he went above and beyond to ensure that the key I had which was a hard fit,he even went and got a file and hand filed it for me! Which took some time and I was very grateful!

I’m taking the time to write a review because that was the best experience today! Every employee with a genuine smile and down to earth.. and ACTUALLY competent and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked with several different options for the materials we were looking for.

Ben was very good helping my disabled husband. He was very patient and understanding.

My fiancé and I went to the Warrenton Home Depot not knowing what we really wanted for a washer and dryer. Rachael Erikson provided support, answered questions and was very helpful in our decision making!

This store keeps changing the "benefit" of a veteran's discount. The latest is that it does not apply to lumber. In addition, one has to choose between this discount and...store credit? Stock of lumber is nearly ALWAYS out of what I need. HD takes no accountability and blames suppliers as they "only get what the supplier sends."

I couldn't be happier with my new Milgard Windows. The Home Depot window consultant, Matt Knight, was professional, courteous, informative, and a joy to work with. The customer service called me to schedule an install date. While the date was 3 months from purchase, they called me often to keep me informed. Outstanding.

I had some plumbing items that were purchased a while back. Some, quite a while back. I didn’t have receipts and I couldn’t use my new credit card to verify my purchases. My old credit card was canceled by my back due to a fraudulent charge. So, a super helpful and knowledgeable employee TIMMI helped me get my items returned. She was wonderful. She noticed that there was a line building at the customer service desk and proactively jumped in to open another checkout for returns. It was noticed by all of us in line and we are grateful for her kind and helpful attitude.

I had a fairly large order for building material that I needed to have delivered over an hour away, and not only did they have everything in stock, but the delivery was done during the delivery window, and when I went to the store to place the order, I was told I could just leave my list at the ProDesk and continue my shopping, and they would have the order set up and the requested delivery date set for me. I was delighted with the ease of placing my order, and also in getting the requested date for the delivery! This is the firs time I was able to place an order for this project where I got everything on my list, and didn’t have to pick another product because the vendor ‘was out of stock.” Home Depot had EVERY item I needed and pulled it all together for me and delivered it on time!!

I was asked twice by two different employees if I needed help, they were very attentive and I was only in the store for about 20 minutes or less.

I have a prepaid item to be picked up , Called to see if it was in the lady said IT was , I drive 20 miles to the store and it's NOT in . How utterly rude !!

I have purchased items at Home Depot and returned items without a hassle. Employees have been very helpful and courteous.

This store is so conveniently located in the shopping mecca called Warrenton. There's ample parking, plenty of associates to help you find what you find, and generally well stocked. The one complaint I have about this store is the street access. There is now so much traffic in the area, it's difficult to safely pull out of the parking lot. Some signs are needed here.

I purchased a package of AAA batteries from a in store display “Your choice, $17.87.” At self check out, they rang up at $21.87. Rick, the cashier, was an the check out and said, I’ll just take $4.00 off your bill to make it correct. I arrived home to see he only too .05 cents off the bill. Unacceptable.

I've had to return a couple of defective items over the last few years and H D's return/exchange policy is quick and easy...They understand the need for a fast turn-a-round so as to allow more time on the job... Our community is fortunate to have H D nearby !!!

Staff is friendly, helpful and professional and seem to go out of their way to assist their clients. Best store we have in our community to be honest!
