I'm a homeowner that loves to update my surroundings. I seek creative ways to take the things I like about my home, add to them, and create an updated look. Home Depot #2205 is my favorite place to shop for all my updates. Whether I'm simply looking for paint or investing in new appliances, I am happy when shopping here. Not only do I know I will find what I need, but I also know I will find something amazing that I want.

SKM4580 was in the appliance dept when I arrived there. She showed me several washers and told me features of each. We sat down and we reviewed specific mocdels with me that had been rated highly at Consumer’s reports. I selected one and then she helped me select a matching dryer with features I wanted. She did not make me feel rushed. She explained the sales prices and other discounts, and the warranty options. I feel like I got a really good deal on the set.

Their garden center employees at my location are also avid gardeners, use the products, seeds, etc. that are sold at the store. They're friendly and often share their knowledge and give me ideas on different growing strategies for the season.

Halena helped me check out and she was extremely friendly and has great Shriner service skills!

The flooring people here are incredibly knowledgeable.

Go to this The Home Depot location if you want to find everything you need! The sales floor employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products - in all areas! The checkout times are fast and thorough! I will definite go back! Bob at the sales cashier was THE BEST!

I’m in the store all the time as I tend to keep busy with home improvement projects. Everyone is always really helpful, the prices are decent and the availability of products is spot on.

Helped me find the items I needed. Friendly and outgoing. Inventory was stocked. I had an issue with an item showing as available at the location but not being available when I went to the store. They found a way to remedy the issue. Win-win!

We had a great experience with Mitchell and Jessica. Both of them were extremely helpful.

I don't usually ask for help. It seems like the employees are to busy for you. But this place, the guy in the garden shop was so nice and helpful.

They worked with me and matched the price along with conducting themselves in a personable and very professional manner. Non existing service in the store No Cashiers

Wichita West Home Depot 99% of the time provides world class customer service. Even thru management changes due to promotions etc the staff has taken time to adjust but continue to provide excellent service. Home Depot app is very useful inside the store for location of items as well as knowing stock before driving to the store.

Hard to impossible to maneuver the isles. Impulse purchase items everywhere. No check outs manned except self-serve. Employees everywhere, yet none checking out.

Today was a good day thanks to Kimmy at home depot. She really helped me out. Thank you Kimmy!!

I ACCIDENTLY PURCHASED ITEMS ONLINE FROM A STORE IN TEXAS INSTEAD OF W. WICHITA. WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP LARRY AND STACY WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. STAFF LIKE THESE TWO MAKE HOME DEPOT THE ONLY PLACE WE SHOP

I have shopped here for 15 yrs.. I always have a great experience and when I get here the wonderful employees make sure anything I need is within reach..I have a small business repairing autos and small engines..home depot has always been trustworthy,reliable,and a place I will spend thousands of dollars..the merchandise is top-notch and the people extend honesty, courtesy..,and respect.

Needed help in lumber getting more product on shelf. Was told it was too much of a hassle. Not enough 2x4’s, or 5/4 boards on shelf. 2x6’s were too high to reach safely.

This store greet you makes you feel welcome and attends to your needs even if you are a woman. This store is so different from any other lumberyard that I have been to, I will never go anywhere else.

You can find nearly anything in this store and always run great specials.

I don't understand why they pay people to sit on their butts chit chatting when people are needing help. Getting this old lady in the appliance department to help me was a hassle. She was very rude. Karen or Kathy or something cant remember the name. But it was like I was bothering her, "so sorry" like what are you getting paid for? After buying paint, I simply left the store. Ended up buying a new refrigerator from another store who was more than happy to help me.

Very pleased with the products, but the service outshines it all!!

I'm getting ready to have new flooring put in in the kitchen and a new quartz countertop. There was a great selection to choose from in store and online. As always I am impressed with the knowledge of the employees there. Every encounter I've had it seems like the employee is always happy to help. My dogs approved of them as well!

I received the "best" service today, May 16, 2023 at this store. Kimmy was at the self check out and assisted me with my needs. She really enjoyed helping me. Also, another female employee asked me if I needed assistance. I never usually get any service at these stores. I enjoy giving surveys especially when they go out of their way to service! You go women in Wichita West Home Depot!
