I stopped in to buy plants for my garden and unfortunately this Home Depot had a terrible garden section. Nearly all the herbs were dead or wilted (their containers were bone-dry), and a good portion of the plants in the Annuals section were also wilted. I've attached pictures to illustrate. Not sure how HD expects to sell anything but personally, I find it insulting that this is what they put out to the customers with the expectation of making sales.

This Home Depot is particular for having the friendliest staff

Great to be able to walk in to a Home Depot and actually found an associate like Dionne that was so helpful.

I visited the Home Depot 12/28 with a unique pluming project. The store associate was creative, sent me home with exactly the parts I needed.

horrible experience at the service desk, andrew was one of the worst employees i have ever talked to, loud and disrespectful, when i asked him to call a manager to get some help his answer was "aint no calling nobody" his attitude changed when his manage Carin walked in behind the counter, i wish i could never go back to this store, unfortunately for me, is what we have locally!!

I couldn't find what i was looking for and everyone there was willing to help and go the extra mile to see if i had found exactly what i was looking for. Also i came to find that i had learned more about what to look for when using such products such as skills and methods.

I’ve been shopping in this store for many years & I must say the new employees & Mgr. are a great bunch. They seem eager to assist you & offer savings & great advice! They provided my wife & I with excellent customer service & gave us a l discount to assist us with our purchase! I’d say that’s a win/win! They made the sale & we saved $, all with friendly & attentive service.

Home Depot we can find everything for our job. The employers is very friendly.

This store lacks the quality stock of other Home Depot’s in the area. Some employees are nice and others are really bad. Training lacks in that department.

Cashier Joseline was professional

I walked in the store VERY near closing-time and needed a last-minute emergency item for my car. I explained my situation to the employees, and they spent so much time with me ensuring that I would have everything prepared and that I would be OK. Phenomenal service. I left the store feeling so much better. You guys rock! Thank you!

Staff helped me find everything I was looking for and a gentleman named Howie (I hope I got his name right) in the doors/windows section answered all of my ridiculous questions about painting a door. He was very kind!

I was very happy with my most recent trip to the Home Depot in West Nyack. I found they had a very nice variety of plants and flowers, and the cashier was very helpful and informative.

I had the BEST, most uplifting check-out experience with the cashier in the garden center today!! Home Depot is my favorite home hardware store, not only because they carry great products but because of employees like Lou. I'd like to share that, my husband recently passed and today was a particularly rough day. My best friend told me to grab my handbag, we're going to Depot. She knows me very well. We met such an amazing cashier while checking out today. As you can guess, his name is Lou. Lou was so personable, funny and kind. Lou made a difference in my day and it felt great to walk away with a smile on my face!!! Thank you Lou, you made my day :)

Clean store, quality products, and the worst Customer Service employee I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Lazy, rude, disinterested, unhelpful, and downright wretched and miserable. Yaritza is her name, and disgraceful customer service is her game. A truly pathetic employee. Everyone else in the store was nice and fine, and I’m happy with the products I purchased.
