I hate waiting in the customer service line while the associates are having a discussion that is personal or unrelated to the job. There is way too much unnecessary wait time. Associates from different departments just don't know anything about the items. I also hate buying something, thinking it's new but when you get home it's not. This happened to me serveral time at this location. This trimmer was sold to me as new. This is how it looked out of the box. I brought it back the same day. Waisted time, waisted trip.

I am grateful for Home Depot, they assist me with renovating my homes, and I will always continue to be a part of the Home Depot family.

This store ripped me off on a double charge. I didn't even walk outside before bringing it up to the checker. She sent me to customer service across the store and they only gave a partial refund of the money..

Every time I have went into this location the employees have been up-helpful and extremely rude. I will not be visiting this location again.

I rented an insulation blower and the guys provided me with excellent customer service and product knowledge!

I purchased a new washing machine, the associate that helped me was knowledgeable and great to work with from the initial hello to explaining delivery.

Shopping at the home depot for my homes' needs is first go to. Other stores may be a little cheaper but I'm always guaranteed the item I'm looking for at the home depot whether it be in store or online.

There are many things in this store to shop for, but also, it's nice to shop online and come to the store to pick-up.

This is "by far" the best Home Depot I've ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that bend over backwards to ensure you have a satisfying experience. I don't shop anywhere else!

Super Deals on a lot of new merchandise and Items not usually available. Hurry and check this out, before things get sold out! They have some awesome Deals on New Ryobi tools!

The managers do not want to deal with issues, they don’t want to get involved and try and pass off everything to customer service. Therefore, things do not get solved. I bought a riding mower that was delivered to the house and it was rusted out completely underneath, water in the headlights faded seat….

This store needs improvement, your magt team needs to come in the store like and every day citiizen and shop and find out for your selfs what the store is like, the day i went was NOT a happy experience and thats the way it is most of the time. You figure it out for your self you the ones losing customers and money . DO SOMETHING about the SHOP LIFTING. put some kind of device on the item or post security at the doors . Stop driving up prices up if your not going put things in place to deter shop lifting . I know your now dumb. or is it you just dont care

Everything was excellent Only issue was that it took a loooooooooong time for someone to come to cut a sheet of plywood

The store was organized and correctly labeled. The Online feature telling you the location of an item in the physical store is a great help for people like me.

Raquel, a cashier in the Garden Center, was extremely helpful! She was also friendly and ready to help. I am disabled, so this added willingness was a "Super Plus" to me!
