Cashier named Jacquelyn was very rude and passive aggressive. How could she be placed in the position of customer service with that attitude. I felt threatened and was about to leave all the products behind and not complete the purchase

I’ve been to other home depot stores and always come back to Gardena, very helpful and pleasant staff. I’ve stood back and watched Jina interact with customers and she always has a smile and seems to have a great attitude. She’s a pleasure to work with.

Bought item online received confirmation that item was ready for pick up, when I got to the store I had a QR code opened the locker no item in sight, went to service desk item can’t be found waiting over 30 minutes for a manager to come up when they did they were no help at all drove 40 mins to the store waited 40 mins to hear that the person who did the order it’s at work. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Lachaka always makes sure I have a great experience when I’m picking up parts. She helps me find what I need and is even more helpful when checking out. I only come to this location specific for the service she provides.

I was very pleased with my window replacement shopping experience. The salesman strived to provide the best possible option within the product lineup.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Abdul at Home Depot. I can't even completely express how happy I am. I ordered an item that was delivered on September 23, but the setup couldn't be completed. When I visited the store on November 2 to request a return, Abdul went above and beyond. He came to my house and resolved the issue in just 15 minutes. His exceptional customer service left me truly grateful for the assistance he provided. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Abdul for making a significant and positive impact on me and the Howard family. God bless you for your outstanding service!

I recently had a shopping experience at Home Depot, and overall, it was quite positive. Abdul, one of the staff members, made a significant difference in my visit. He assisted me at the self-checkout, and what stood out was his friendly this gesture was truly appreciated and added value to my shopping trip everyone employee I met there were amazing I just couldn't remember their names.

I bought a 12-ft skeleton and they helped me take it to my car. Box wouldn't fit but no prob for these superstars. They helped me pull all parts out, stuff them in the car along with the broken-down box so I could reassemble at home. All in 100+ degree heat!!!

First time at this particular store. The employees were very helpful and friendly without being too much. Found everything we were looking for and it was where it was supposed to be. Thank you for a good shopping experience.

Every time I purchase items at this store I feel like I have a back for contacting my iob, cause I see I can find almost anything I need easily. Nice personnel, treat you the best way you have got somewhere else.

There have been times that I've gone into a store tp specifically buy power tools, and accessories, where I needed assistance to get into the cage; and was waiting almost 20-30 mins before I even saw an employee. I went in yesterday, around the same time, and found something I was looking for, and I got lucky as to find an employee after 10 mins. I guess it would be nice to get someone to the location, when they are called.

Mary went above and beyond to take care of me when other home Depot sold the product out from under me even know I already paid for it and didn't feel it was important to let me know so I could find product else where in time for my job. Thanks Mary!

Regularly try to get out of helping customers. Regularly say “the saw is down” to cut one piece of wood in half. So lazy. Worse selection in the city as well. Go elsewhere…
